Scrolling … when we don’t have a spark to ignite the search becomes alleviation from the norm and boredom. Hhmmm… worth a ponder. 💭 I scroll a lot. I shift gears too into areas that I am curious about. Scrolling satisfies the seeker but what about someone wanting to feel grounded and centered. There is a path to be accepting of what is, rather than what is more.
