Hello readers! This is so surreal writing my very first blog post! I have dreamt of writing a blog for years and to finally be doing it is so fulfilling. Thank you for reading and for your connection!

Our souls have lived many many lives. We will continue to live many lives. I think if I’ve learned anything, I’ve learned to listen and trust my soul. If we’ve lived many lives and experiences why don’t we trust ourselves enough to listen? 

I always say your soul knows what to do. It is ok if you don’t know how to listen or if you aren’t in touch with your soul yet. Every soul is different, every journey is different. I was as fearful as it gets as a kid. Once I became fearless and let go of the stuff holding me back, that is when I became in touch with my soul. I even realized what my soul was trying to tell me when I was too scared to hear it. 

You must let go of ALL fear. Fear can help you grow in many ways but it holds you back from your true potential every time you let it take over. Fear blocks all love. Even if you have one ounce of fear, your heart, soul and body aren’t your own. Fear has taken over and engulfed you. You must identify what scares you; once you identify that then you can conquer it. I was so scared as a kid, I wasn’t even aware of how much. I was almost used to it. I can’t tell you how good it feels to let go of it all completely. You’ll feel free.

You must tune out little you, the meaningless mind, to be able to tune into your higher, truest self. The mindless chatter and belittling voice trying to drag you down is just fear, fear takes you nowhere. Remember that when you don’t know who to listen to.

Every one calls it their gut instinct or deep intuition when really its your higher self or your soul guiding you. You might not understand at first what it is trying to tell you but I assure you: Listen. Life is a journey, the best mystery movie you’ll ever watch. If you have a guide to help you along the way why not listen to it and become in touch with it?

Trust is key. I can’t say this enough. Trust yourself. Trust your soul. I feel like the saying everything happens for a reason gets tossed around sometimes. But seriously, everything happens for a reason. There is purpose to everything. The Universe is taking care of you. Always. Once you put your full trust into it, you’ll feel as though your life has a meaning. Your life is in the Universe’s hands, you drive, the Universe is the passenger stopping you when you need to and telling you to accelerate when you’re ready.

Signs will show up in your life. This is hard to explain but something inside of you will know. Think of it this way, life is the maze. In the maze clues pop up every now and then. If you were in a long winding maze would you not take the clue? You would obviously take it, so the same thing applies for life. You might not see the clue at first but then the Universe will make sure you see it. When I say Universe I also mean your soul. Your Soul is the Universe. Even if you’re afraid to follow the sign at first you must. Trust me, I’ve not followed the signs or listened to my soul in the past and it never works out well. It’s not like the infinite Universe will mess up. You are put on Earth for a reason and you have the opportunity to follow your purpose on this planet. Don’t fall into the trap society wants you to; do not become a purposeless soul trapped in a sick society. Live your dream. DO YOU! It is your life; your destiny.

I hope this helps you on your journey! Your soul knows what to do, it is just up to you to trust it. Life is full of so many ups and downs, your soul can navigate you through the down moments and take you to your highest up moments.
