It was nice seeing another collaboration with Ben – you two seem to work really well together 😊 Hmmm… interesting! I think that this poem is slightly more open to interpretation than your usual ones. This is how I saw it [it may not be how you envisioned it all, but this is just what I saw]: I saw it as someone who was out of the game of cheating, dating, or casual relationships and they’re now ready to fall deeply in love with their partner – and they think that their partner might feel the same way too. Up until this point, love was mostly a game to them. But they’re ready for it not to be anymore.

For me, games come in so many different things…the game of reality, the game of life, the game of relationships etc. For me, this is about stepping out of the game of a certain reality/friendship and then realizing the Universe, my soul, is always truly there for me, so I can put my full trust in it. I can’t speak for Ben, but I know it’s probably different for him.
