beautiful spots
A little caterpillar on a big oak tree,
Falling in love with the hide and see,
(finding the best spot for shade,
blending in with the bark, making a small mark).
Turning over a new leaf
Or at least trying, adding belief.
Tumbling from branches, hitting the ground,
Life’s great adventure lies in playing around.
(No creature could have been stiller
when it came to pursuing the big dreams)?
Inching to crawl,
Hearing the call,
(Beyond words and thoughts, it was coming)
Something so deep,
A cry to evolve, a deafening weep.
(A dance within, change was looming in place).
With another slither,
The cocoon whispered, “come hither”
Everything became s l o w,
Sky and sight disappeared.
(All was blank, in this blanket’s show).
Ace + Aarushi
over time
Hugging its skin like gentle fluff,
The cocoon became soothing,
Breaking the warmth, becoming rough,
Cold air brushed the new body – blooming.
Like a flower that came to life,
Testing its wings like they were petals,
The butterfly took a flight,
A new world went into view,
The flapping wings appeared blue,
Something ineffable, only divine,
As if nothing could take away its sun-kissed shine,
It floated over the trees,
Tasting nature’s nectar, finally free.
Ready to make another leap,
Fear started to weep.
The adrenaline of truly being alive,
Was such a magical dive.
Something inside was afraid fear would arrive,
But through a smile of the eyes,
And a breath of love,
So many more surprises
Awaited these wings delicately above.

What a beautiful collab with Aarushi, dear Ace….the rhyme n rythm….the flow of water….pure magic…both the poems have their own beauty….can’t be compared & judged….I’ve so many favorite lines from both the poems….but I choose not to coz I might end up pasting the whole poem….I have read both the poems twice….they hold so much life….I like all the images but I’m a sucker for eyes….they shine the soul instantly….

My favourite image was the butterfly picture with the blue background [the fourth one]. My favourite one here was probably Beautiful Spots – it wis simple, yet beautiful. I like poetry that demonstrates the majesty and awe of tiny miracles in nature that happen everyday that we may overlook or take for granted. But the truth is, a small metamorphosis like this is still extremely beautiful and amazing when you think about it and when it’s described so well like this ❤

Wowww..! Such a sweet and lovely piece dear..! Very beautifully written my dear ace..! And I can’t pick my favourite because every poem became my favourite..! If I want to say my favourite poem..! I should say all of your poems dear ace..! And this is such a fantastic and Amazing piece..! I love it very much my sweetie..! And in images I love butterflies very much..! I’m crazy in butterflies..! Then I would love to say some memories that happened in my life with you..!
When I was going to garden.. I saw many butterflies they came and sat in my hands head, nose, eyes etc..! And also I love Garden very much..! And I’m really crazy on butterflies..! So, I have butterflies sticker with me..! I have many..! Actually, I’m crazy in stickers too..! I have 4 boxes of butterflies stickers.. and 6 boxes of heart stickers..! And 18 boxes of cartoon sticker..! And 3 boxes of fruits stickers and 3 boxes of vegetables sticker…! Etc…! By this you will thought I’m a baby..! No..! I’m big..! But my childish habit will not go..! I have collecting stickers even I was child..! And I love teddy’s very much..! And I have 50+ teddy’s..! I made one room for my teddy’s..! And I have 10 very big teddy’s with me..! While I sleeping all my teddy and cartoon dolls will sleep with me..! I will sleep in center of these teddy’s..! And by this Also you can think that I’m child..! But no my sweetie..! Lol..!🤣🤣 I start to say about butterflies but see what I’m saying..! Haha..! Ahh..! Butterflies..! And when I was a baby..! In my birthday there was a party there I cuted a Cinderella cake, Mickey mouse cake and butterfly cake..! And the pictures that you have post.. those butterflies are looking so beautiful and pretty like you my dear princess..! Lol..! I think I have typed you very big message..! Wait my friend..!
