Speaking With The Infinite Universe – Part 3

A(me): Hi Universe, or higher self, it’s weird when I’m talking to you it feels like myself but also like something much bigger. Anyway, I just have one question for you today, could you just speak on the future and all that we are going through as a collective?

U(The Infinite Universe): Yes, so December 21st is approaching, obviously there are a lot of opinions about this day and what it will bring. Here’s the simple answer, an event that only happens every 26,000 years is happening and it is BIG for the times we are in now. The vibration of the planet will be elevated and every human will feel it, even if they don’t think they feel it, they are. Some humans, will be so in touch with these feelings and the vibrations that new doors will open, new opportunities will come pouring in and emotional/mental abilities will be given to them. They already have those abilities but it will be easily unlocked because of the raise in vibration. And some other humans, won’t feel these vibrations as strongly or maybe not at all.

This is totally fine, everyone on this planet has a purpose and for some, their purpose is to just experience and see this time. They won’t feel it or transform from it, they are just here to observe. These people, we’ll call them “observers”, will anger the people whose purpose is to transform because they’ll try to awaken the observers, but they simply aren’t meant to. This is the plan, the observers will help the transformers (the people here meant to feel the vibrations and unlock new mental/emotional abilities) grow and evolve. You see that in the end, we are all a family assisting each other in fulfilling one’s purpose/mission at this time? There is no judgement, none at all. It is just simple, some people are meant to observe and others are meant to transform.

But, whomever you are, an observer or transformer, you will attract those similar to you. So, you being a transformer will attract transformers, occasionally, observers will come your way but they will fall out of your reality because their vibration is just off from yours. Same thing to observers, observers will attract observers but, occasionally, a transformer will come into their reality, they will simply fall away as the vibrations don’t match. So, this is a long answer but in short, December 21st is going to make crystal clear who is a transformer and who is an observer, and to those who are transformers, they will begin their true process of evolving and becoming the beings their soul’s chose to be in this lifetime. To those who are the observers, December 21st will remind you to open your perceptions and see all points of view, if you can’t feel, use your gift, seeing.
Journey With Love

What does it mean to love yourself?

It’s funny, a few months ago I really thought this saying, “love yourself” was so cheesy and very self centered. 😂 So if you feel the same way right now, I get it. But let me assure you it is not a cheesy saying at all and it is definitely not selfish, it is actually the key to being your very best self. When you love yourself, you completely let go of all judgements you make on yourself and your little mind has no power or control over you. Whatever it says to make you feel small you just let it go and give it no attention or power. For me personally, I am very hard on myself. The hard part was recognizing when my little voice was speaking or when I was just being hard on myself because I do think having high but healthy expectations on yourself is really good. So like in all things awareness and recognition is the first step and once you get that down the rest kind of falls into place. To love yourself means to live fully from your higher self and your soul and to choose freedom because once you love yourself you truly become free.

There is a lot of fear in this world right now, how do you not give it power and not let it bring you down?

The frequency of love is always the answer. The frequency they want us to live in is fear and control and it is very strong. But I always say your thoughts create your reality. If you focus on that dark frequency then you’ll get more of it and you’ll be living in it. So you have to choose in every single moment to live in the frequency of love. It sounds daunting and hard to constantly choose the frequency you wish to live in but it really isn’t. Especially when your well being, soul and heart depend on the frequency of love, the highest vibration in the world. Every time that lower frequency tries to take you over replace your thoughts, recharge and focus on love. Your thoughts are really the key here, even subconsciously. Whatever you focus on expands, whatever is in your mind will be your reality. Be strong mentally and only focus on the things you want in your reality. You can always come back to love and light; if you’re ever feeling like you need something you need to give it to receive it. So give and spread the frequency of love and you’ll be filled with it.

Where do you think thoughts come from?

I love this question because I think there are so many answers to it. I have a few theories. Number one, the Universe for sure. We are the Universe and the Universe is so vast filled with so many different beings. Channeling is a real thing and we are multidimensional beings so I think maybe other beings plant certain thoughts in our head. This would make sense because there lots of beings who feed off darkness so if you have a negative thought it could just be some dark being trying to feed off your fear. It might sound crazy but at this point nothing sounds crazy to me. Number two, our higher selves for sure. I don’t know if I’m alone in this feeling but sometimes I’ll hear a voice in my head that is just so sure of itself, so powerful and so true. Like it sounds like me but it doesn’t because it sounds so much deeper. It’s hard to explain, I don’t know it’s like a thought that comes into my head in a different voice and there is nothing else for me to think about because it’s my higher self trying to send me a message. Number three, we are all connected. Every single one of us is connected on this planet and beyond. So, I think you could be reading someone else’s thought and then think it’s your own but it really isn’t. See, if someone’s vibration is strong enough then it is contagious which makes their energy and thoughts very easy to read, especially if you know your vibration super well then you can read anyone’s thoughts. Think about it, if you go to a restaurant and eight people are behind you also trying to get a table then technically you all had the same thought to eat at this specific restaurant at this certain time.

What is one thing you wish the entire world knew?

That is a really tough question I could answer in many many different ways. But I think I’ll go with this: I wish that every single person in this world knew how much strength and power they contained. If we all knew our strength and power we wouldn’t be following ridiculously nonsensical orders in a so called “free” country. If we all knew our power we would stand up and fight for freedom and realize that it just takes a strong and united front to diminish all darkness. We are constantly being controlled and told how small and weak we are because the “controllers” know we are so powerful. Each one of us can make a difference in one way or another, all it takes is realizing our strength, opening our eyes to truly see and harnessing the frequency of love.

Why is it so important to be in touch with your feelings and to face them?

When you are in touch with your feelings then you are in touch with who you are at your core. You know who you really are and that is one of the best things in the world. If you let your feelings just sit there and if you continue to push them down and distract yourself then one day the Universe will just bang you over the head with them. Not as in a “punishment” because the Universe always speaks love and is trying to help you, but as in “you need to get this message”. Feelings never go away until you face them and you have to face them to grow. Obviously, if we have good feelings it is very easy for us to face them, but I think when we do have good feelings we need to understand why we do and how to maintain those good feelings; rather than just enjoy the temporary emotions. Our emotions connect us to the highest versions of ourselves and it is our emotions that separate us from the dark beings out there. It is so important to feel things and then to express how you feel or else it will continue to eat at you. You will always feel better when you dive into your feelings and understand the message the Universe is sending you.

How do you read energy?

I like to think of reading energy as our special superpower because it really is. We can all do it and once you do you’ll be able to know who you’re meant to connect with, who you’re not meant to connect with, the real truth behind a person, the real truth behind the world and the language of the Universe. I think through reading energy the biggest gift of all is the stronger relationship you get with the Universe. Because then the Universe starts giving you more signs and you start to see it more in your life; it was always there but now you see it. But, how do you read energy…the first step is to be very in touch with your frequency. If you don’t know your own frequency then how can you expect to know someone else’s? That’s another added benefit of being able to read energy, you’ll get to know yourself so well. Once you know who you are anything is possible. Then your energy will be like your best friend, you’ll know everything about it. That’s when it gets fun because everything just flows naturally. You can’t force it, there will be something inside of you that just knows the energy and the vibe off something or someone. Then it is up to you to trust it; my advice, trust yourself the first time you get a read off someone’s energy. Your intuition, higher self and heart are always right so trust them. Don’t waste time pushing down your feelings of someone’s or something’s energy.

Q&A – IMAGINE + REALITY

As promised, the Q&A is here. I love when artists do this so you can get a taste behind the scenes of the albums you love, so I knew I needed to do one too! This album has so much meaning to it and each video has its own story to it so I am excited to share with you. And if you haven’t watched my video album IMAGINE + REALITY go watch it now!

How did you get the idea to do an album?

Well, I was making lots of videos and for some reason I wasn’t posting them. I’d made several food videos (you can now find them on my website in the Videos page) and 2 inspirational ones and they were just sitting in a file on my computer. And then Heaven & Hell (Ava Max’s debut album) came out; I’d been so excited for it. It’s one of my favorite albums. But I think that gave me the idea to do an album. I’ve always loved music and had a dream of making an album, not music but something, I just didn’t know what. I had an ah-ha moment and it just all came together so quickly.

How did the album title come to you?

Titles are so important to me. I know I won’t listen to a song unless it has a good title, same thing goes for reading an article or something. You have to engage the viewer and that one line, the title, can either bring someone to watch the videos or not. So it was a big decision but I’ve always been amazed at how much our thoughts and imagination creates our reality. Literally everything you think and believe will come to be in your reality. It just kind of came to me. I was inspired by Heaven & Hell and the way the album is split up (7 heaven songs, 1 in between, 7 hell songs) so I knew I was going to put my own completely new spin on it. I told myself to pick 2 things you can make a video about in between them. And IMAGINE + REALITY was born. I was going back and forth between IMAGINATION and IMAGINE. But imagination was too long and I wanted it to be in present tense. I also love those words in general, they have such meaning to them and everyone interprets it differently. I think it gives the viewer a lot to think about which hopefully makes them want to watch the album!

How long did it take you to make this album?

1 week, 7 days. I had two videos done before I decided to make the album but I made 15 videos in 7 days. That is crazy to me! I did not think I could do that but the creative zone is addicting and when you’re in it ideas flow so freely and you just feel in the mood to create ALL the time. Every morning I’d sit and make a video, maybe two. If I was too busy I’d come back and make another one after dinner. Video making is so fun to me, I’d always wanted to do it. And now that I can whip them out in an hour and have such joy in doing so is so full circle to me. I think also when I’m making them it isn’t like I am making them. My soul, higher self and the Universe are making these which is me; we’re all the Universe. But I mean I don’t feel like I’m making them, something is coming through me. It is like channeling. It’s hard to explain; it’s like my mind shuts off and I’m not thinking at all. Writing does that for me too which is why I love it so much. It’s fun when I feel like I’m done making the video and I go to watch it because I don’t remember the past slides. It’s like I’m watching it for the first time even though I’ve wrote and designed every single slide. There’s a certain feeling I get when I make these videos, I don’t know how to describe it but whatever it is, I love that feeling so so much. I’m addicted.

Why 17 videos?

17 is such a big number this year. It is such a powerful number. Numbers have more meaning to me this year than ever. I also knew I needed an odd number so there’d be an equal amount of songs in IMAGINE and REALITY and 1 left over for in-between. Since my release date was already on a date with number 15, 17 just seemed right. And it gave me 8 songs for each section which 8 flipped is infinity so it seemed perfect. It seemed meant to be.

That’s unfair! 😝 I love all these videos so much but if I have to choose I’ll pick REALITY.

What was the hardest video to make?

Probably The Bridge In Between. I’d been putting it off because when I make videos I like to not have a plan and just see what comes through. But this one I knew needed to be in-between IMAGINE and REALITY which was tricky and I knew it needed to be longer since it is my lead single for the album. One day I sat down and just banged it out, it came together a lot better than I thought it would. It’s the journey of becoming fearless to imagine your dream reality. I know that journey very well.

What was the easiest video to make?

I don’t really like the word easy but the one that came together the quickest was either Illusions or Leap. Illusions I had a thought in the shower to make a video about time. It took me 40 minutes to make, probably less. And Leap I knew was going to be about relationships and for some reason I love writing about connection. I think it came together so fast because I love the people in my life and just thinking of them and how they came into my life, how we’ve grown together and how the Universe has made those relationships come to life is just like putting my feelings in words. It doesn’t take time, it takes heart. I just knew what to say. Connection is one of the most important things to me so I think that’s why creating stuff about it is so effortless.

What were the first and last videos you made for the album?

The first and last one on the track! I made Beginning To See before I knew I was going to make an album and it just fit perfectly for the #1 spot. When I was finishing making this album IMAGINE was done and I had two left in REALITY. So Amaze was the last one. It was bittersweet making that one but I was ready to have the complete and finished product.

Talk about Life I’m Living, it’s different from the rest. What inspired this video?

It was just a thought I had when I couldn’t fall asleep. I was like, “What life am I living, the one during the day or is that just a dream because I’m living the one at night?” I was having super vivid and consistent dreams at the time too, almost to where I felt like I actually lived it. That’s what sparked the thought I think. Since it was late, I just wrote this long poem in my journal and that poem is the words in the video. It’s a little darker and very different. I knew I wanted poetry in the album because poetry is just a part of who I am. I kept the font the same because I wanted it to look almost handwritten since I did handwrite it first. I normally don’t do that, this video and Becoming Energy were the only videos I wrote down first and then added the backgrounds and music. Usually I do it all at once but I needed to break up the creative process. I also feel like this video is super relatable and very honest.

Fearless + Free is that a tribute to your website?

I guess a little bit. The video itself is not about my website but purely about being fearless enough to be free. My journey to being fearless was long and taught me so much. And freedom came to me soon after I became fearless. I named my website fearlessfreesoul because that is who I am now, who I strived to be for a long time, who I will be forever and who I hope I can inspire people to be. The title of this video is a tribute to the website because I imagined having my own website for so long and for it to be reality now is a dream come true. So I knew I wanted to share that experience of imagining and then it being reality. That is what this album represents.

Harness My Power was your first video with a hip hop song, why?

I feel like when you think of harnessing your power you don’t think of a bright and cheery song. You think about confidence and the hip hop beat brings that vibe. Mainstream rap and hip hop is horrible now, it just sounds so bad. But the natural beat of hip hop is a part of music and something we all know. Just take away the trashy lyrics and inappropriate singing and the beat is good; it just gets covered up. And this video is all about confidence and finding your inner strength so it seemed right. I love the way it came out, at the time it was definitely something different for me but I’m glad I stuck with it.

You have a lot of analogies in this album, what is your favorite?

That’s tough. I’d have to say Movie Making. I think of that one a lot in my everyday life which I think is why I was able to make a whole video about it. The other analogies are a few slides in a video but this analogy is the theme of the whole video. I think we forget that we are the director of our movie and to follow our dreams and our hearts. Life is pretty simple if you think of it as making a movie. And don’t forget your co-producer, the Universe. The Universe is always there to help you and is always supporting you.

How do you title each video?

Well like I said earlier the titles are very important to me. It depends. I make the video first, put the music, download it and then title it once I’ve watched it a few times. Sometimes there is a certain slide that stands out and that’ll have the title in it; like in Harness My Power. Other times I title it with the message I hope people will get from it; like in Dreaming Harmony. Most of the time it just comes to me as I’m watching the video. I also like to title them sometimes with vague words, like in Depth. You can interpret depth in so many ways, so I wanted people to watch it because of that and also to show what depth specifically means to me.

How do you pick the music for each video?

As I’m making the video, the vision for the final product starts to come to me. When I’m done creating the slides, I know the energy or vibe the song needs to be. I decide either hip hop, chill or an up and down song meaning, starts slow gets fast or reverse. Sometimes as I’m listening to music for the video I’ll change my mind. It’s like a feeling thing, something inside of me just knows what is it. I can listen to 2 seconds of a song and know it’s not the right vibe for the video. On Fearless + Free I spent probably 45 minutes picking out a song. The video itself was quick to make but the song took a while to find. But on a video like Leap I knew that would be the song because I’d waited a while to use it; it’s a great song but it didn’t match other videos. Other videos if the title matches with the theme of the video then I pick it just for that reason, like in This Journey the title of the song is Multidimensional and it completes the theme of the video; everything happens for a reason because we’re more than just humans. For me, I think the music makes the words stand out so I’m very picky. I know the vibe I want and nothing will stop me from getting it. 😁

Galaxy, Quest, Dream, Vision, like Life I’m Living is different as well but for different reasons. Talk about that.

This video is very personal to me. It’s somethings I want in my future so I’m calling it into existence now. I’m basically sharing how you imagine what you want in reality, since that is what this album is all about, but in a very personal way. This video is close to my heart. It is different because there is a pattern which I’ve never ever done before. Slide by slide I start with Vision as the theme, then Dream, then Quest, then Galaxy and it repeats itself 4 times. These four things are really all there is to life. We are a special part of this Galaxy, on a Quest called life, we must Dream for they become reality and Vision, the way you look at things shapes your entire world. I love the song in this video too, it is called Grow so it fits in nicely. There is also 17 slides in this video and since it is at the end of the album it seems meant to be. There are a lot more words in this video because I have a lot of thoughts on each of these topics and because I’m calling things into my future.

What is your favorite video in the whole album?

Leap. The music is so perfect and connection means so much to me. That video is so complete.

How did you feel when you finished the album?

Full. Or complete. I felt so at peace and very proud of the work I’d done. It was a little sad to be done with it but it came together so well and after I made Amaze it just felt complete. Like I’d put the last piece in the puzzle and I was now looking at a masterpiece. It was hard though because I finished a lot earlier than I thought I would and I had to wait to post it for 2 weeks. I like to get things out when they’re fresh but I wanted the artist experience of holding on to your work for a long time until it is time to release.

Any future albums?

I think so. This was super fun to create and I love love how it all came together. It was also a lot of work and I think I’m going to let it sink in fully and enjoy this album for a little bit before I focus on doing something new. Although I am thinking about doing an EP in December; maybe. And maybe collaborating on some videos too, I think that’d be fun. If the people want videos, I’ll make videos. 😁

Journey To Thriving

Life is such a journey and the best adventure you’ll ever take. But, it isn’t just a straight path, there are many ups and downs and twists and turns. That is how you learn, grow, transform and evolve. I did a post a little while ago called Journey Of Life and I wrote it in question and answer format. It was super clear and brought myself and hopefully others out there much clarity. As promised, I’m doing another one today for I thought it was super helpful and very clear. If you have any questions you want answered please comment below and I’d be happy to answer them because after all we are all in this journey together.

How do you define fearless?

Fearless is honestly one of my favorite words! It has so much power and meaning behind it, it reminds me of my journey to becoming fearless and it is so clear; living fear less, without fear. We will always have that little voice in the back of our head, that fear that tries to pull us down. When you are fearless, you notice it talking but you don’t even give it attention or room to control you. You let it go, it doesn’t mean anything to you; you brush it off knowing it is nonsense. When you are fearless you live your life with freedom and you live purely from yourself. You jump into things, you take risks, you go for you dreams and you live. So for me, fearless is a journey and a bridge to freedom. And when you’re fearless, you don’t live a few moments here and there fearlessly, you live every moment without fear for being fearless is a life choice and a feeling you never let go of, not a moment to moment thing.

Human connection, why is it so important?

Oh my gosh, I could write a whole post about how important it is but I’ll keep it short. Human connection is a part of who we are, we are all the same yet we are all so different. Life is a paradox so that makes perfect sense. Connection is especially important right now because it is being taken away from us. The use of facial coverings is not for your health, it is for separation. And as great as our devices can be for certain things, they are destroying in person human interaction. Society is checked out, out of their soul. I wrote about this in one of my posts called Your Heart Speaks. Could you imagine walking down the street and people looked you in the eye and smiled, had the intention of brightening your day, sparked a meaningful conversation with you and even asked you a real question that made you think and helped you grow? Unfortunately that is almost foreign nowadays. Every person has a purpose and a light to shine. We all have so much to offer and we could help each other so much. Love connects us all so it is our mission to spread it. Connection is important because it is life, without it there would be nothing.

What is the difference between joy and happiness?

Happiness is not entirely real, I don’t really believe in happiness. It is a short term feeling that you feel on the outside not deep in the core of your soul. Happiness isn’t universal, it is limited. Think about it, when you were happy did it last? It is like a sugar rush, it’s there but it’s not real. It is based off the outside world and felt outwardly. Joy however is deep and has layers. It is felt in your soul and it lasts as long as you choose. It is the Universe. Joy keeps us alive, happiness is an actor. Joy is that feeling when everything seems so complete, so full. It is that feeling you can’t describe and you wonder why. It is electric, it pours out of you and others feel it. Joy is love; the strongest vibration in the Universe. The difference really is this: joy is everlasting, happiness is short term, joy is the Universe and happiness is limited by what society tells you is good.

Are there really any limitations?

I ponder this question a lot. Yes, there are. Let me explain. I know we create our reality, every single bit of it. Our mind is so powerful that every thought we think becomes reality. I do think we create limitations with our little mind. And that is ok, for to grow and to evolve we need that little voice. That little voice shows you limits and it shows you how it feels to listen to fear. Without it, you wouldn’t know how good it feels to be fearless and to have freedom. So I think, 50% of the time we create our limitations. The other 50% is society’s limitations. Society creates these limitations so you don’t realize your power and what an amazing soul you really are. I say society but really it is the people who control this world, the darkness or the elite. Let’s say darkness. The darkness will do anything it can to lower your vibration hence keeping you in fear so you don’t realize your own potential. We could phase through walls if our frequency was the same as a wall, we could become invisible to the outside world if our frequency was high enough, we could travel through dimensions with a high frequency I could go on and on. The darkness knows this and tries to do everything in its power to make you believe you can’t do that. So, there are false limitations. There are no real limits. Anything and everything is possible, whatever you believe will happen and you create the reality you live in. You have utter control of limitations, let go of the fear and you’ll see there are no limits. And even if you see the limits the darkness creates always remember your perception shapes everything. You don’t have to see it, rise above.

Is staying in the moment limited thinking or is it the key to life?

It is both. There are definitely limits though. Hear me out. I think in some scenarios it is key, like if you’re in a competition or something you don’t want your mind wandering, you want to be in the zone so you’ll need to be in the moment. But to live your whole life in the moment is a tad limiting. If your little mind is very loud and vocal and you struggle with letting it go and ignoring it, staying in the moment is super important and will really help you. But, we are timeless beings. How do I know this moment exists? Is it just the reality I create? We have lived so many lives, don’t you think it would be foolish to just stay in the moment and not to explore your soul’s past or at least learn from your past in this life? I believe the past has so much value, so much purpose and so many lessons you can learn from. Even if you have an incredibly rough past, don’t forget it. Why? Well, you see, you wouldn’t be the person you are now without that rough past. And wouldn’t you like to remember what shaped you into who you are today. Wouldn’t you also like to look back on your past to learn even more in the present and future? Now let’s talk about the future. If you and your mind create your entire reality why would you just stay in the present if you could shape your future to be exactly what you want it to be? We dream for a reason, we set goals for a reason and we have a purpose for a reason. Call your future into existence right now because whatever you believe will definitely happen. Then sometimes I think what if the past, present and future are all time constructs in our minds that we create but don’t really exist? Because time is not linear, it is more of a circle. And we go round and round completing cycles, starting new ones and more importantly growing through every loop. So, I have a lot of thoughts. I do believe the moment is a good thing but the present exists in the past and the future. When overcoming fear, anxiety and nerves, the moment is such a gift. You can totally switch your perspective and vibration if you just bring yourself right back to the now. But don’t get caught up purely in the moment. So like everything in life, it’s a paradox. The moment has limits but it is a gift too.

Your Heart Speaks

What would you want if there were no material things in this world? Somebody asked me this question recently and it really got me thinking. Especially during times like these I feel this is such an important question. Something about it really struck me so I asked that question to everyone that is close to me. I got a lot of good answers but they all came back to one thing; love.

I would want real human connection. In this day and age everyone is so into their devices that to have a real and deep conversation is a luxury. And with the increasing use of facial coverings you can’t see anybody’s face or reactions limiting human connection. Could you imagine walking down the street to a store or something and there were no phones, everyone looked you in the eye, everyone said hello and smiled and even cooler someone asked you a deep question and you had a meaningful conversation with them? Personally, I’ve never seen that but I know that whatever I believe will happen. So, I imagine it, and I imagine it, because my thoughts create my reality.

One of my friends who I was talking to about this (unfortunately through text, you can’t win them all 🤪) completely agreed with me. And she pointed out something very true that people are forgetting how to talk to others. Being homeschooled my whole life, I was constantly pestered with the question, “How do you socialize?” And it is funny I’m throwing that question back at society. How do you socialize? With your face covered up, your eyes on your phone, your body at your house and your mind on your problems how do you connect? I encourage you to connect with other souls out there, whether digitally or not because I know it is hard to have face to face connection right now. At least talk to people, you never know how much you could help someone in their day. Kindness is free and will always make you feel good.

The friend who asked me this question said he would want to see the world. And my brother had the same answer. Could you imagine seeing the world without a passport, in a borderless world, without the the horridness of the airport and to experience cultures with people who are alive, vivacious and thrilled to connect with you? Again, I’ve never seen that but I too crave it. I’ve never understood why you need to a license to do anything in this world, let alone to pay to have the license. So to be able to see the world without borders would literally be a dream come true. This world has so much beauty in it that we are not aware of. For now, we can vision the beauty of the world in our heads because we are also not allowed to see beauty right now. Envision a better world, it is the least we can do to raise our vibration to ascend out of all this darkness and control.

My mom said love first thing but as she thought about it she went on to say authenticity. How awesome would that be? If you’re like me then authenticity means the world to you. Could you imagine living in a world where people knew who they were at their core, who were proud to be themselves, who fearlessly were that person every single moment of the day and who were honest to you no matter how hard the truth was to say? My mom is the most authentic person I know so I can imagine certain people like this but to imagine a whole world filled with only people like this is like speaking a different language for the first time. But I will imagine it for thoughts become reality. This world is what we create it to be, we are not only in total control of our destiny but we are in control of the Universe’s destiny for we are big pieces of it.

My dad simply said love which as I said earlier is really what we all want. We sometimes get distracted by material things but at our core we all crave love. Love connects us all and is who we are. All these answers always come back to love. Love is not a fairytale love story although it can be, love is much more deep. You could spend lifetimes trying to understand love but why try to understand it when you have an opportunity every second of every day to live it?

Another friend who I asked this question to said, “A better sense of humor.” It was a bit of a different answer from the rest but one that totally made sense to me. Especially right now, people are very stressed, up tight and in a massive state of fear. It seems as if every little thing is being taken so seriously right now and I get that some things must be taken seriously. However, a little bit of laughter and bringing levity to certain situations is definitely needed in this world. Laughing is so good for the soul and making others laugh will always bring you joy. Joy keeps us alive, not happiness for that is temporary. But joy is long lasting, it is real and it is an electric frequency that can be felt not only by you but by the Universe. Wouldn’t it be cool for a complete stranger to intend to brighten your day and to bring you joy? Could you imagine a world where we all wanted joy for one another and where we connected deep inside by the electric frequency of joy?

Think about this question today: What would you want if there were no material things in this world? How do you define love?

In life there are really only two things; love and fear. It is that simple. Everything that isn’t fear is love and anything that isn’t love is fear. Love to me is a feeling, a connection and a vision. Love is an action, an emotion, a relationship, a mindset and an intention. Love makes you feel complete and whole, at peace and excited for life. I spent too much time with fear in my life and I have now shifted completely and live my life fully based on love. I feel balanced, joyous, passionate about my life and happy about the people in it. Love creates the reality you want.

How would you describe soul centered living?

I think of it like this; your body is the avatar and your soul is the real you. Your soul is the truest part of your being, it taps you into your past lives, into feeling truly alive and into the deepest place of love. When you live from your soul there is no need to think anymore. You do everything based off feeling and deep knowing in your intuition and heart. You realize you are a special piece of the Universe and the Universe is you. Then everything you go through in life becomes an adventure or a practice to trust your soul enough to act only from it and not your little mind.

The voices in your head, how do you define them?

I believe there are two voices in your head, just like there are really only two things in life. The first voice, the only voice you should listen to is your higher self/the Universe/your soul/love/the real you. This voice supports you, wants the best for you, loves you and ultimately is the true you, the one who is the Universe. The second voice, the voice you should tune out is what I call your little mind. I say little because it acts like it has power but in reality it has no power, making it little. This voice is pure fear and does not have your best interest in mind. I wouldn’t say it is evil for without it you wouldn’t know what courage is, you wouldn’t grow and you wouldn’t see the power of love.

How do you tune out your little mind?

You need to differentiate your little mind vs. your real self/love. You’ve got to realize which voice is talking. Once you realize which voice you’re listening to then you can tune out that little voice for realization is the first key to anything. Then, you’ll need to constantly set an intention to act only from love and to only listen to love. You can say to yourself a lot, “I am living from love/my higher self/the Universe/whatever you want to call it.” When that little mind starts talking repeat that mantra or simply just focus on something else. Once you do this enough, it will get very quiet and won’t bother you as much. It will always be there, but you won’t even dwell on it. It will have no power over you.

How do I listen to the synchronicities?

Again, the first step is you need to realize them. They are happening all around you, you just can’t see them or you choose not to. Open your eyes fully. Once you see one you’ve got to fully grasp its message. If you’re living from your soul this will take you two seconds. Your soul knows, you’ll have this strong knowing and it will just make perfect sense. Then you’ve got to act on it, once you know the message don’t ignore it or the Universe will slap you on the head (metaphorically and for your benefit). Trust your heart and your soul not that nagging little mind and go for it. As crazy as it may seem always remember that the Universe has your best interest in mind.

How do my thoughts create my reality?

Your thoughts hold more power than you know. The Universe is always listening to you and acting upon your thoughts. The Universe doesn’t hear negatives. For example if you say, “I don’t want to lose this,” the Universe hears, “I want to lose this.” And the Universe doesn’t stop at just hearing what you say, it acts on it immediately. Everything is connected and things conspire to make a reality. The reality you live in doesn’t just happen. It is shaped by your thoughts, beliefs and visions. When you catch yourself thinking negatively or about things you don’t want, don’t freak out. Take a deep breathe and think of what you do want. Don’t pay attention to the tricks your little mind plays, pay attention to the magic the Universe presents you with.
