The tree sighed, but to the outside it looked as if it swayed in the misty wind. The tree reground its roots and tapped into its connection to the soil, the sun, the emotions of the sky and the gentle touch of any creature who visited it. The tree looked down at the distracted, and somewhat lost beings of Earth. The tree shook off the energy, but yet again to the outside world it just looked like the wind brushing off its leaves. But this girl was different, the rectangle in everyone’s hands that kept people out of touch, was nowhere to be found with this girl. Her smile showed the colors of her soul and her eyes showed the curiosity of her heart. The tree smiled back at her, to most it may have looked like it lost some leaves, but to this girl, she could truly see the tree. She placed one hand on its tough, prickly bark; she closed her eyes, let her soul consume her body, let the fire inside her burn brighter and she tapped into the part of her that was connected to this tree, the Universe.
The tree felt her spirit and spoke, “Sunlight Energy.” The tree could give this girl guidance and advice on her journey, but the tree wasn’t going to spell it out, that was her journey. The tree took in the final breath of her aura and thanked her for the moments of peace they had together. It knew that she understood, just as the tree understood.
The girl opened her eyes, and breathed in the crisp, clean energy that engulfed this tree. She thanked it for its message and the moments of peace they had together. She smiled at the sky; her soul felt at peace, her mind at ease, and her heart felt supported and loved. Now, it was time to spread her sunlight energy.

Now more than ever, it is so important to know your soul. I wrote this poem and posted it on a different platform a long time ago. I reread it today and it was really good reminder for me. I encourage you to sit with your soul and spend some time with it, there is nothing that could be more important. If someone doesn’t see you for who your soul really is, don’t blame yourself and don’t take it personally. You’re soul is unique, beautiful and full of so much love; if someone can’t see that, that’s on them not you. See you for who you really are and don’t accept anything less from anyone else.
THIS SOUL
There was a soul, young and alive
This soul traveled dimensions through time and space
This soul didn’t understand
The constructs and rules
Of this society
This soul lived in its mind
And some days that was comfortable
And other days it wanted to run
This soul knows everything is
Meant to be
This soul craves connection
There isn’t much that means more
To this soul than connection
This soul’s heart is open
It has been broken
But it is stronger because of it
This soul’s emotions run deep
Like the ocean with
Big, strong and loud waves
This soul imagines many things
And waits for them to be reality

There is more to this world
Than what appears to the eye

In March, he started to sense something wasn’t right. The world was shutting down before his eyes, the people were blindly taking orders but yet, all humans were supposedly free. The simple thought crossed his mind, “If we have freedom, why are there mandatory rules we have to follow?”
Then it hit him, this world, this “freedom, was all a game and a lie.” A deep lie full of twists and turns, ups and downs and more lies within the lie. He journeyed through a tunnel of truth and darkness which lead to his awakening. The tunnel was scary at first, but once he accepted the fundamental fact that he’d been lied to by dark dark entities since the day he was born, then the tunnel was, in a way, freeing.
When he emerged out of the tunnel he found himself in the light. Sure, he had days where it felt like he was stuck in a dark night of the soul, but he always tapped back into the light he’d found within himself. The tunnel showed him that he was full of so much light, he wasn’t just full of it, he was the light. When he was in the tunnel and starting to awaken, he promised himself to shine his light for he realized just how powerful the light is. The light illuminates all darkness and diminishes it, he realized that without the light no one could wake up to see the truth; that made him so grateful for the light that filled the Universe.
It was now November, the fire inside of him was alive and his light illuminated not only more truth but it illuminated who he was at the core of his being and the people who had that same light within them. He knew that everyone was the light, but only a few were in touch with it. As grateful as he was for those few who were in tune with their light and shined it so so bright, he also knew it was his mission to help others feel their own light. Maybe not through a tunnel, he thought he could be someone’s tunnel. That tunnel he journeyed through, to some might have been scary, but to him it changed his life for the better and he would forever be grateful. The truth set him free and his light on fire, this flaming light inside of his being, took him to ascension.

Before I get into the big announcement, today, 11/11 is a big day! So, below is a poem that I wrote a little while ago. Today is a huge day for quick manifestation and change has been a good friend of mine lately and I truly am grateful for it. Change is not a scary thing, it is something we need, now more than ever, to rise to ascension. I am manifesting more change and growth for this world today and always, change for the better – of course!!
Had to do something big on 11/11! 😁 I am very excited to announce that on November 23rd I will be releasing my story, Remembering The Light! In the coming days I’ll be releasing the cover and some insights into the story. But for now, I’m very happy I finally get to tell all of you about this new project! We are all the same yet we are all so unique. We are the Universe, we are literally stardust and we are all connected to each other and to everything in this Universe. But we each have a different purpose, a different soul and a different journey. So, let’s practice living this life without judgements because each person on this planet is different than you yet uniquely the same as you.
There is a saying, “whatever you see in others you see in yourself.” There’s a few different ways of saying this but this, essentially, is the point. Everyone’s perception is different making everyone’s reality different. And whatever you focus on expands, so if you’re focusing on some quality within yourself it will definitely present itself in another person. I think this saying is very true but at the same time it’s not. If you only see in others what you have in you, then are you really ever seeing someone for who they truly are? The key to balancing this saying is to keeping an open mind and to do that you must let go of all judgements. This is a lot harder than it sounds, and I’m still working on this, but seeing every human on this planet with compassion for their journey and for what they may be going through definitely feels better to your soul than judging someone for who they appear to be.
We all have different beliefs, opinions and thoughts and this is a beautiful thing. The darkness in the world right now is trying to take the beauty of this away from us and make it a bad thing by using our different opinions to divide us. In real reality, without our different beliefs we’d all be robots living the same lives, with the same intentions, and the same outlook on life. So, the next time you disagree with someone or have a difference of opinion instead of being angry at this, look at it from a new perspective and keep your mind open. Use your light and find that place within yourself that is grateful we all have different minds and unique lights inside of our beings.
Everything is and always will be ok. We may be different now or you and I might believe in different things, but that is ok because love is always the driving force of our hearts.
AceYou never know what anyone is going through, each soul is different and every journey is different. But one thing is the same, we all are made of love and we all crave it in one way or the other. Love is always the answer. Love connects you to your higher self, to your heart, to the Universe and to each soul on this planet. Spread a little love everywhere you go, it doesn’t have to be huge, the smallest things in life are often the most meaningful.
Follow your heart and live your life not from your little mind but from that place within yourself that believes in yourself and in others. I don’t think you, the real you, ever judges anyone. I think your little mind takes a little time in your head and places judgements on others and on yourself. I encourage you to never ever judge yourself. Being hard on yourself and having high expectations is much different than judging yourself. It really is good to have high expectations on yourself because then you can reach higher versions of yourself and you can get to your dreams faster. But judging yourself is a waste of time and not who you truly are. Only when you love yourself, can you love others. And loving yourself doesn’t come with judging yourself. Thoughts may come in here and there but give them no attention. Realize the absurdity of the judgement upon yourself and squash that thought. Tap back into love, your higher self and your heart; the Universe is always taking care of you.

Duality surrounds us and paradoxes are every where you look. This world is full of so much uncertainty, but for now what seems certain, at least in this world we live in, is duality. You can call it whatever you want, polarity, duality, or a paradox but you should always remember in whatever situation you are in there is duality. We’ll focus on the positive side because even duality has a paradox but when you’re struggling or having a rough day bring your mind back to the focus that everything is duality. In the struggle there is always awakening and a gaining of strength and courage, it just takes your mind to recognize it.
Love, truth, vibration and our minds are probably the biggest paradoxes right now. Let’s take a little dive into all four.
Love is the only real thing in this Universe, every thing else is an illusion. The frequency of love is the strongest frequency, I don’t think we realize just how powerful it is. When we are tapped into this frequency our hearts and souls are so alive and awake that everything becomes so clear. When love engulfs our beings and is the only thing on our minds we become our real selves and see the world through that lens. Here’s where duality comes into play: right now, the darkness and fear is making it really hard to tap into the vibration of love. They know how strong it is and how powerful love truly is, so they are doing everything in their power to take it away. I always say our thoughts and what we imagine becomes our reality. We need to be diligent about focusing our mind on the frequency of love. To do this we must trust and follow our heart and our soul, connection in anyway brings love so we must constantly connect with our higher selves. We can always blame the outside world for what we can’t do but in true reality, everything is our choice and we have so much power. Enough power to live the exact reality we want to live in the best possible vibration.
I don’t think there has ever been a year that brought as much truth as 2020 has. The truth is eye opening, alive, awakening to the mind and most of all freeing. When you dive into truth you will always find freedom. To dive into truth you have to be fearless, there’s no other way. You can only take your higher self into truth and that brings true freedom. When you live your life fearlessly and without your little mind tagging along you begin to realize all the miracles that surround you and your vision becomes oh so clear. But here’s the paradox: the truth will change you forever. You will never again be the same. To some, this is scary, actually, I think to all it is scary at first. But then there becomes a certain point when you’re opening your eyes for the first time with truth by your side and you realize, I was living a dream before, I was living a lie. You become grateful for the truth because it awakened your soul and the fire inside of you that has always wished to be free. Living your own truth, living your life with truly open eyes, and living your life with the fearless mentality that all/any truth only awakens you makes this life the best adventure you’ll ever take and every ounce of your being truly free.
We are all electromagnetic beings connected by the Universe and love. We all feel vibrations and energy whether we realize it or not. We all vibrate a certain energy or frequency whether we realize it or not. That is just the beings we are. Any and all vibrations hold power and lots of strength to them. Some of us can see this very clearly and others are just starting to. Love, light, truth, poise, confidence and actual freedom are some of the very best vibrations. They are all love but we can call them different things. 😁 Vibrations of any kind are so strong, they spread and flow outside of you creating your aura and attracting situations, people and experiences. That’s the paradox, any vibration is strong. Whether you choose love or fear it will illuminate loud and clear in your being and outwardly in your aura. Fear is always an illusion we create in our minds, if we ever choose, that is ok. For two reasons, one – we learn to never choose it again and two we can always choose love any moment we choose. Choice is such a gift because we have so much power that any and every choice we make becomes reality. So, always choose the vibration of love and watch your reality light up.
Our minds are more powerful than we know. Not only do our thoughts become reality but all of our thoughts are connected. Through vibration comes our thoughts and through our thoughts comes the life we truly live. Whatever we believe and whatever we focus on will happen. There is no doubt about that. The Universe is always trying to show you this but when your little mind gets in the way you can no longer see it. That’s the paradox, your little mind knows just how strong you are and how much power your have when you truly believe in yourself. It will do anything and everything to make you forget that. With all of this strength that you have inside your being you can easily choose to ignore that voice and to only live with your higher self. Again, it is a simple choice to choose to live in love and only from your true self. When you do this your life becomes your dreams filled with miracles, signs a plenty from the Universe and true peace and freedom.
That’s it for today! As I was writing this, someone reminded me that when we ascend there will no longer be polarity and duality for all things will be love. I know that is true and as I was writing this, I focused less and less on the duality and more and more on the solutions to it. So, again, I have to thank writing for truly helping me grow, for helping me realize my truth and for discovering pieces of my soul. I do believe that right now, in the world we are living in, that everything is duality but I also believe that when we ascend that probably won’t be the case. I encourage you to form your own beliefs, truth and opinions about this topic. I think in some cases duality is a gift and it helps you out of tough situations and in other situations it is a little bit of a trap. So, it’s funny, through writing this I’ve come to the realization that even duality is a paradox and full of its own polarity. 😁 Thank you for reading! Be fearless and free -Ace
