We find comfort in believing in opposites
Until we look from a different consciousness
We say opposites attract and leave it at that
As if life isn’t a rhythm of waves, but just flat

Although we prefer a would you rather
Opposites are a collection of what we gather
Life isn’t a series of different opponents
Much more a recipe of specific components

I’d pick structure over flow, fast over slow
I’m finding a middle with boundaries and love
Living in moments below and perspectives above
I’d listen over speak, starting to love new over antique

There’s a common opposite, strength and weakness
Those words work together becoming your uniqueness
But that’s the truth with every opposite, they blend
Opponents are not the enemy, but the deeper friend

Without the flow, life would be the distracted kind of slow
Without love, there’d be no life to live below or above
Without a way to speak, connection would be antique
Without opposites, there’d be no creator consciousness

The Answer

Life is such a funny ride, the Universe is a one of kind creature. I wish I could tell you I’ve figured it out, but each day I learn something new and realize the journey is the joy. I know my soul has lived many lives, I feel it in my gut. But, the Universe is still such a vast galaxy that I’m just starting to navigate. There’s somedays where I know manifestation is a real thing, other days I realize wanting something so bad or thinking about it too much isn’t the answer, the moment I let go the Universe gives it to me. On my tough days, the journey is the nightmare. I run to the edges of mind looking for an answer, a clue, as to what I’m really doing. Then there’s the days where I smile ear to ear, thanking myself for choosing this crazy journey.

But no matter what day I’m having, I always trust. I’ve learned that to worry and to choose anxiety only creates more of it. Overthinking is a curse that comes to haunt me at times, it tricks me into believing that thinking will give me an answer. What gives me an answer is feeling and trusting, I ultimately know why I’m here because I chose it. That voice I listen to is the real me, the powerful and knowing one that travels to my heart, my mind and my intuition but truly has a home in my soul. That voice knows the answer, it shows me the way and gives me a glimpse of my compass in my dreams. Somedays, I beg that voice to just show me it all, because it knows the journey all the way from the beginning and all the way to the end. But on days like today, I say thank you, because I realize what I’m truly doing.

Through the journey, I find little answers creating the big answer. The answer to every question, every wonder, is right here in me. I keep dreaming, writing, waking up, searching, diving, laughing, loving, trusting, listening, acting, choosing, believing, smiling, imagining, feeling and living because through all of it, I get the answer. I think I’m trapped in this reality my eyes are supposed to see, but the reality I choose to live in, is in my mind. I know, on the toughest days my mind resembles a cage, but most days it’s my escape. There I grow, I see and I hear, because this outside world is not meant for me. In my mind, I put together the voices of my heart, soul and intuition and those voices create the answer.

Saying Goodbye To 2020

Dear 2020:

On this last day with you, all the memories I’ve made this year come crashing in, the tremendous amount I’ve grown this year makes me smile and the dreams that have come true sends a rush through my being. I honestly can’t believe this is it with you, this year has seemed long at times and very fast at other times. To some, you may have been an annoying and tough year but, to me you have been an eye opening and truth-filled year that I will forever be grateful for.

You’ve changed my life in so many ways. To start, you woke me up out of the dream of lies this world is full of. You gave the truth a new meaning this year and with that truth came true freedom. In the beginning, I’ll admit, it wasn’t easy. I felt like my whole world had been rocked and my dreams too, but then came the gratitude, freedom and drive to make a difference. The truth has truly become my best friend and I wouldn’t want it any other away, I am so grateful to be really alive. I will never sleep again, being alive gives me purpose and makes my fire inside light up the world. So, thank you for all the truth you’ve brought to me, that’s just one way you changed my life and me.

Another way you’ve changed my life and I, is by making my dream of having a website/blog come true. There was no better time than with you to make my dream a reality and I am so so grateful to you. This website has brought me so much comfort, connection and freedom. The people I’ve gotten to connect with through my blog has been truly amazing, I never thought I’d get to have the pleasure of connecting with such beautiful souls from across the world. Writing is my best friend, I’ve spent so so many hours typing/creating away. My debut album, my story, my future sophomore album and all the posts in between will be a part of my heart and soul forever, thank you for that. I can’t believe it has only been four months of blogging, I feel like this website has been inside of me forever. I’ve grown so much mentally and emotionally and I think that credit goes to you, for both bringing this website and the truth into my life.

Yet another way you’ve change my life and I, is by bringing a much needed balance to my life. Tennis and being an athlete is my passion, but so is writing and helping raise the frequency of this planet. Combining both, plus spending time in nature, being with my family, connecting with my friends and just the everyday things in life I got to enjoy more this year, really has brought me true balance. I know in my soul that all the writing and creating really has helped the athlete side of me grow and get better and the athlete side of me has helped my words have so much depth and meaning to them. Without the athlete, I wouldn’t be fearless and free and without the writer, I wouldn’t be as joyous or alive. I truly thank you for the harmony you’ve created in my life through the balance of both sides of me, I truly feel that in each day I thrive.

I have to be honest and say that this year with you hasn’t been all sunny and bright, there have been some rough and dark days. But I know in my gut that without those tough days, the bright days wouldn’t mean as much and I definitely wouldn’t have grown. It is in the dark I have truly chosen to evolve and to come out stronger. Another way you have changed my life and I, is by showing me what it really means to love myself and to believe in myself. With that newfound love and belief in myself, I can truly see that those tough days shaped me into the unique light that I am. Those days taught me how to shine my light and how to be strong in the weirdest of times. I think vibration and energy also have a new meaning to me this year, thanks to you. I feel so much more in touch with my energy, much more control over my energy partly due to cutting out sugar from life completely and I definitely can read other’s energy much much better. I even got the experience of seeing other’s auras which was fascinating. I am authentically myself, no matter how much that person changes, I am my true self every single day. I am so hard on myself and giving myself credit isn’t the easiest thing in the world, but, I can say with full truth that I am really proud of the fearless and free soul I am.

2020, I hate to say goodbye, you really have brought me so much. I know you’ve been treated poorly at times but, I get your message and I see you. I know the truth is your purpose and I will always remember you for that. Thank you for the joy, love, truth, comfort, connection and growth you have brought me. Thank you for strengthening my relationships with my family and friends and thank you for showing me that dreams and thoughts do become reality; I’ve always believed that and I always will. 2020, the Universe, thank you. -Ace
The Sedona Hike

I open the gate, and enter the climb. It’s as if I’ve entered this otherworldly vortex into the red rock. Speaking of the red rock, it surrounds me, everywhere I look, it’s there smiling down at me. The red rock has memories and spirit just like the trees and bushes, the clay that my shoes march on and the rocks that are stuck in the ground and loosely laying on the clay. The chilly air brushes past me as the sun tries to emerge from the clouds. Try as it might, the chill of the winter always comes strongly through, and I’m starting to enjoy it.
I start surrounded by red rock, the terrain and the crunch of my feet against the rough clay is one of my favorite sounds. I keep up my pace and breathe in the crisp air, the rock surrounding me, makes me feel at home, as though nothing can enter this magical little bubble I’m encapsulated in.

Then I meet the crossroads and enter a trail that’s lower to the ground. There’s more dirt here, and I’m just realizing I’ve entered a new bubble; the bubble of the majestic trees. I look up and all I see is the tops of long trees and a little hint of some more red rock. The air is cooler in this bubble, and the chill that runs through my spine awakens my soul. I’ve had visions of this foresty reality, it seems so familiar yet so new. I enjoy the feeling this place brings, it’s as if I’m in a scene in a movie. I put my hands on the rough bark and feel the soul of the tree, I hear it smiling down at me and inhaling my aura. I take my hand off the tree and keep walking, through the crunch of the leaves as the dirt runs into my shoes. Usually, the extra dirt would bother me but, I think it’s the energy in the air that makes me relax about it.

As I start the trek back, I move faster, the downhill terrain giving me momentum. But I try to slow down, I want to savor this moment with the trees, the dirt, the leaves, the red rock and the chill air. My soul feels so at peace and my mind is at ease, I realize my thoughts have evaporated during this entire walk. Maybe that’s my doing, or is yet again the magic of Sedona? I don’t look for an answer as I continue to enjoy the clear space in my head.

Before I know it, the four miles are up and this hike is over. It does feel different as I exit the bubble I was in for a few hours, I feel like I’ve entered the world again. Maybe this hike was a daydream or maybe it was an escape into a vortex, no matter what I will never forget the magic.

Clear Voice

What is love?
What is freedom?
What is the Universe?
What is fear?
What is light?
What is truth?
What is reality?
What is bravery?
What is compassion?
What is belief?
Ace

There’s one answer to these questions, and that answer is a question: Who Are You?

All these answers are within you, you know them. Your soul just waits for the right time to show you the answers, the Universe always has a divine plan. Today, set your intention to be in touch with your higher self, be present, clear and let it speak to you. Your higher self, you, always has something to say, it just waits to speak until it knows you’re ready to listen.

My Higher Self’s Voice:

What is love? – Love is you, love is the what keeps us alive. Love is free.

What is freedom? – Opening your eyes, letting go of fear and emerging as the true you; freedom. Or Freedom is my sophomore album. 😂

What is the Universe? – Infinite, it’s me, it’s you, it’s love.

What is fear? – It’s not your enemy, it’s that something that helps you grow. Through fear, you realize YOU are strong, and no other voice can control you.

What is light? – That drive inside that lets you shine.

What is truth? – What your intuition communicates to you, what makes your soul complete and what makes you alive. Truth is not outside, it is within.

What is reality? – Reality is what you make it, reality is your thoughts.

What is bravery? – Feeling the fear, but doing it anyway. It’s hearing that little voice, but pushing it to the side and listening to your voice instead.

What is compassion? – Your heart’s smile; compassion is what makes your heart smile and feel complete.

What is belief? – Belief is what your soul, heart, mind, intuition and the entirety of your being know to be true. It’s a feeling, sometimes a false one your little mind tricks you with, but, belief is always power. Belief is a paradox, belief is what you believe it to be.

Who are you? – I am who I choose to be every second of every day of my life; I AM my soul.

Who are you? And what are your answers to these questions? Take a second today to let your higher self speak loudly, trust me, with all the energy in the air, a nice clear voice is exactly what you need. Comment with an answer you get from your higher self, I’d love to hear!!

This poem is very special to me, in my youth, fear had a tight hold on me. This poem starts as if I met fear again but I didn’t, it’s just recalling the experiences I’ve had with it. Then it goes to what I’ll say if I meet fear again, and somehow it gets to me actually talking to fear. I think it so important to face fear head on, so this poem was about forgiving myself for not doing so in the past and then actually doing it, because I’m strong now. Goodbye Pain, Hello Joy

Hello friends!!! Today’s post is all about joy and smiling! I know a lot of people are struggling with some type of pain right now, whether physical, emotional or mental, I get it. But pain is ultimately just an illusion, labels give it power, but YOU are so strong, I know it!! So, today I’m going to share some past pieces of mine to help you rise, smile and say goodbye to pain.

This is video is called Movie Making, it’s all about making your life the best movie by remembering that you’re the director, the Universe is your co-producer and at any time you can rewrite your script. I love the music, it’s very joyful and upbeat! I feel like this video is very relatable and a good reminder to take your life back into your own hands.

This video is called Amaze and it is the last video on my album. It kind of flows perfectly from Movie Making because it is all about happy endings! Happy endings, not just in the end of life, but in every single situation! Pain might be with you right now, but envision your happy ending, it will come to be in your reality because thoughts become reality. Imagine what you want to see in your reality, imagination is reality, hence the purpose of my album.

A Little Message To You 🤗

Having a blog, a website, had been a dream of mine and I waited for the perfect time to make it a reality – 2020 seemed right. I always wanted a place to pursue my passion of writing and to share my work with others. I’ve always craved connection but I never anticipated that craving being fulfilled through my blog. I also never anticipated all the beauty I would get to see every day from other souls through my reader. But, the Universe is really full of so many miracles!

Thank you, from the core of my being and the depths of my heart, to each and everyone of you who read this blog, who’ve supported me and continue to do so, who’ve reached out and connected, and to anyone who has visited my blog! I honestly never thought I’d get to write this post or feel so truly blessed to have connected with such beautiful souls. I look forward to every morning when I get to read so many beautiful, soul touching and comforting posts that truly bring a smile to my heart.

Connection, if you know me, is one of my favorite topics to write about because I think it is being taken away from us; the darkness out there knows just how powerful love is. The connection through this blog and through other’s websites has truly blown my mind and touched my soul. I feel so so grateful to have had the opportunity to have connected with some of you; even though to the outside, it may just seem like a few words, to me it is so much more. The energy, vibration, support and love I’ve received through the most thoughtful comments some of you have sent me, truly means more than you could know. They always bring a smile to my face and heart, so thank you so so much!!

There is so much love and light in this world, and sadly in the mainstream world there is no focus on it. I am so grateful to live in a reality surrounded by love, light, beautiful energy, strong souls and amazing creations. Journey Into Imagination

November 24th, 2020

He stood inside looking out the window, the voices behind him started to fade away and his eyes started to journey. The river outside drew his attention, the trees swirled in the wind like his emotions, the layers of the blooming flowers opened like his heart, the chirping of the hummingbirds made his ears smile and the tranquility of the energy that encased all of this beauty set his soul on fire. He shut his eyes, taking in the beauty and sealing it all with a smile. When he opened his eyes, it was all gone, like it was a beautiful dream he had just woken up from. The voices behind him came back to life, and time brought him back to the actual moment. He knew the scene he created in his mind, was the magic only he saw, but to him it was as if he lived every moment of his dream. He took a deep breath and with a hop and skip he entered back into the conversation, his energy fully recharged, his mind completely clear and his spirit fully alive. All it took, was a little journey into his imagination. Be fearless and free -Ace
