Dear Universe:
Oh what an eye opening year it has been. There has been so much growth, awakening, vibrational shifts and courage during this weird time. That’s looking from the positive side which I’ll admit has been a little tricky at times. I think we all have our days Universe, but it is those days I see most of my growth comes from. It is hard not to feel stuck, trapped, tricked, duped and sad. But I understand we must rise and I’ve definitely learned how to do that.
Thank you for showing me the power of our vibration as individuals and as a collective. There is only one way out of this three-dimensional world and that way is a high vibration. When digging for truth and diving into darkness it can be energy draining and shattering to the core of your being but that moment when you can’t even believe what you’re realizing is the moment where true awakening happens. The lies make sense and the deception becomes a little more clear. Thank you for guiding me on my perfect journey to see the darkness but then to emerge from it and shine my light.
I think those “down” days make the “good” days better. And when I say down days, I mean from learning much of the world is a lie and that we’re trapped in this prison-like society that is presented to us as freedom. Without those hard days there would be no growth or truth for you’d be a part of living the lie. I remember in the beginning of my journey of seeing truth, during those hard days it seemed as if there was not light, hope, goodness or like minded people to focus on. It seemed as if I was alone.
Thank you Universe for showing me that was not true and that this world has so much light in it. Thank you for giving me the fire and burning desire in my soul to spread love and truth, to shine my light and to share my thoughts, advice, writing, poetry and creativity with the world. The support, love and light I’ve received on the platforms I share my work on has made this journey a little more exciting, my soul a little more complete and my heart a little more at peace. I hope people realize that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel and even during the darkest of dark days you can always hold onto a little bit of light. Because no matter how dark things get, just an ounce of light can eliminate all darkness.
I will continue to put my full trust into you and to inspire others to do the same. Thank you for always being by my side on this journey and even when I didn’t believe in you, trust you or completely see you I appreciate you showing me synchronicity after synchronicity and for helping me grow. Life is so much more exciting with you around and once I realized everything in my life has a purpose and a reason it made even the little and seemingly not important moments that much more exciting. I am excited for what is to come in this year, the truth that will be shared and the ascension that I for sure know is taking place. For now, I will continue to pursue my purpose which is to spread love, shine light and be that fearless and free soul that inspires others to be their best selves. Every choice you make, every moment you live and every breath you take you decide to live from love or fear. It is completely your choice and within your control. Every emotion is love or fear and every thought is love or fear; it may seem like there is more to it but really, it is love or fear. Especially right now, to live from love is of major importance. This world is surrounded by too much fear, darkness and division. We are not shown the countless acts of love, kindness, light and in general good things I know this world is full of.
You cannot fake love; to fake it would be to act from fear. Your heart will know if you’re genuinely acting from a place of love, kindness, compassion and light. Love always makes you feel good, always. We are loving, compassionate and strong beings. We are not what the media tells us we are or what our little mind likes to trick us with.
In the core of your being and in the goodness of you heart you know you are pure love, more powerful than you know and compassionate to yourself and to others.
AceI encourage you today (and always) to be conscious of your decision making, the way you live and the person you decide to be in every moment. Think to yourself, am I doing this out of love or fear? Am I living this moment with love or fear? Do I recognize love or fear in this situation?
That last question is super important. Especially with the media’s influence in our lives and their consistent encouragement to not form our own opinions, to live from fear and to see only one side. When you look into someone’s eyes what do you see? If you read a media headline how does it make you feel? When you’re in the middle of a tough situation what are you going to act from? You can only see in others what you have in you; this is big. We are all made of love and fear. Think from your own mind, not others and not your little mind. Make your own decisions and form your own opinions from love. And if you do see fear, don’t combat it with fear; be your loving self and act from love because that is how you vanquish fear.
Today, set your intention to be pure love, to spread love, to see love in all and if you do see fear continue to act from love and do your best to be that ray of light that vanquishes darkness completely. And once you do this today continue it for days and days to come.
To act from love is liberating, to act from fear is imprisoning.

I love to write about the soul or your higher self; it is a frequent topic in my creations. I always say your soul knows what to do and to trust it. In this article, we are taking that to the next level. Your soul has lived many, many lives; we are timeless beings. So, your soul knows many different souls and connects to all. Your soul connects to all beings. But there are a special few your soul has karmic ties to and a strong bond based off past lives.
Love intertwines, connects and brings us all together. The Universe is always taking care of you; making things happen for a reason, creating synchronicities and helping you continue to grow and glow. We are all so different and so unique but at the same time we are all made of the same stuff: the Universe, the stars, the soul and love.
I think the word soulmate means a lot more than we are told. Soulmate does not mean one person only romantically. Sure, it could be and in a lot of cases the bond is to strong that it turns into romance but that doesn’t mean all soulmates are romantic. And your soul does not connect with just one person in a whole lifetime, if we are connected to all and timeless beings, how would that work? I believe you have a few soulmates throughout each life you live. Different soulmates for different periods of time to learn different things about yourself and to help you grow.
This is where trusting the Universe is so important. The Universe will bring different people into your life for a specific reason. And your soul knows why, your soul connects. Trust your soul. There is a reason every person in your life is in your life. Stuff doesn’t just randomly happen, everything has a purpose, a reason, and sometimes just a season. Some people will stay in your life forever, some will come and go. That is ok, trust the Universe. You are the Universe.
When a new person comes into your life, don’t think from your little mind. It will tell you it’s just another relationship; it will convince you it is a small thing. It is not. Every relationship is meaningful and has power. Listen to your soul and listen to the Universe. Your soul will remember things.
Some people, when they are so in touch with themselves, can remember past lives and people from those lives. We all do remember but not as clear as others. One way to tell is this: A lot of people say they’ve felt like they’ve known someone for a very long time when maybe you’ve only known each other for a couple months in this life. That is a sign, you have a deep connection and tight bond from something bigger than a material relationship in this life.
Even in this time where a lot of connection happens digitally you will know. Words have such power and you can play with trusting your soul. You’ll know when the other person will contact you, you might know what they’re going to say, you might even have dreams about them.
I was watching someone speak the other day and he said something that stuck with me, “When will you realize it’s not a coincidence that you think of someone and they contact you seconds later?” He is so right, this is not a coincidence. We are all connected, our thoughts travel and our energy is contagious.
Let’s dig a little deeper into this. I’ve had that happen many times to me or the reverse. Many times I’ve even noticed two people will contact me at the same time. And I’ll see them in my dreams and predict certain situations that actually end up happening. I realized a long time ago this all wasn’t just a coincidence. Recently, I put all my trust in the Universe and started to become more in touch with my higher self and intuition. That’s when I really noticed all the synchronicities happening. So, I think it takes a little trust, belief and being open to it. If you don’t believe this is possible then it won’t happen to you. Whatever you believe will happen.
The saying, when you’re thinking of someone the other person must be thinking of you, is so true. We are all connected so of course thoughts travel. You’ll feel it when someone is thinking of you, your eye might even twitch. It is so cool, these are real, vivid signs of how connected we all are. You’ll feel someone’s energy so heavily, you might even hear their thoughts for a few seconds/minutes and then it will go away.
We’ve all had many relationships of many different kinds. I realize through my past experiences that most of the time those relationships I put way too much energy into, wasn’t myself and stayed in those relationships just to have a relationship. I am super close with my family and for a while they were the only people I could be myself around. Through these relationships with my family I realized what a healthy and strong relationship looks and feels like. Throughout all my changes and growth they supported and loved me even more; they weren’t in any way jealous. Through hard times they were always there to support and look out for me and not judge me. I could go on and on.
My point is this, learn from your good relationships and from your past. And don’t be in a relationship just to have a huge circle. A tight circle is awesome and I wouldn’t want it any other way. Society makes you think you need many friends and people in your life when in actuality you just need the people who care about you and let you be completely yourself. After many heartbreaks and lessons learned I am so happy with the relationships I have in my life. I am so incredibly grateful to my family for I wouldn’t be anywhere close to the person I am today without them. I am so grateful to have real relationships with people I really enjoy spending time with. One came from the craziest place, another from my youth and a few through the sport I love but one thing is the same. We all have a special connection and I am always myself and no one judges me for it.
The most important relationship of all is the relationship you have with your soul. You are never lonely for your soul/higher self is always with you. When you love yourself relationships will come. When you let go of fear relationships will come. When you know who you are and fearlessly be that person every day relationships will come. Don’t worry about it, the Universe is always taking care of you and always knows best. Everything in your life happens for a reason; every heartbreak, every relationship and every situation. Trust your soul, love your soul and live from your soul.
Every moment you live you decide, love or fear. When you love yourself that choice becomes easy for love creates all.

The Universe will wake you up when it needs to. Ultimately, if you have a guide who always supports and loves you in a life that has many challenges and ups and downs why not listen?

The saying “Everything happens for a reason” is so true but I feel like it gets tossed around a lot. Let’s dive deeper into the magic of the Universe.
Before I start, I want to thank my mom. She taught me all I know about this stuff and she introduced me to the theory of Universe Hugs. She showed me the magic of the Universe and the power of Love. I wouldn’t be here without her; thank you Mom.
So, everything happens for a reason. You’ve probably said it or you’ve probably heard someone say it. You might not have thought much of it at the time. But it is the key to life. Nothing just happens, life would have no purpose or meaning if that was true. We chose to come to Earth at this time, we continue to choose to be on this planet every second we are alive and we choose how we live our lives by every decision we make.
If you look back on your life you can see a small picture of how each moment in your life connects to one another. I started to really notice this about a year ago. I’m an athlete so injuries really aren’t fun but with one injury I realized later on that I needed to be out of the sport to realize my other callings in life and to wake up to everything actually happening in the world. So, it all worked out. The Universe has a plan. Your Soul has a plan, a purpose. Things fall into place or out of place for a reason. That is just one example of billions I could give you.
Now, let’s talk about Universe Hugs. My mom came up with this name and it really stuck and makes perfect sense. Think of your life as one of those images with all the dots that you need to connect in order to complete the picture or see the message. Your life is complete once you connect all those billions of dots. Let me give you an example. So, lets say you were just introduced to the topic of lucid dreaming. Someone introduced it to you and you’d never heard of it in your life. Then later that day or the next day you’re reading a book and lucid dreaming comes up all of the sudden. That is a very very small example of a Universe Hug. I could give you millions but, Universe Hugs are unique and special to you. I want you to see the power of them on your own. It is most likely that the Universe has already given you many many hugs, you just haven’t had your eyes open to see them. That is ok, this is your Universe Hug to wake up and see them now.
A big part of Universe Hugs is manifestation. A lot of the times you’ll be thinking about something so much that it will happen. That is also a Universe Hug. But, in some cases it could be bad. If you’re constantly thinking, “I don’t want to lose this game, I don’t want to lose.” Then guess what? You’re going to lose. However, if you change your thoughts and instead think, “I am winning this game. I am winning.” Guess what? You’ll win the game. Thoughts have so much power, I don’t think we all even realize it. Every thought you think the Universe knows. Be in control of your thoughts, the Universe will reward you in the most amazing ways. If your thoughts are fear based, the Universe will give you a fear-based reality. It is pretty simple, be in control of your thoughts, think positively, honestly and with love and you’ll be receiving many Universe Hugs.

Let’s dive into the power of our frequency, vibration and energy. Especially right now; it is super important.
I’ve been reading and loving Bringers of Dawn by Barbara Marciniak. It really is amazing, I definitely recommend it. It is channeled through the Pleiadians. It is ok if you don’t quite believe in that yet but I encourage you to. Just a few short months ago I didn’t believe in aliens of any kind, now I’m reading words from them! You can change as quickly as you want to.
No matter how you feel, I feel it is important to share their overwhelming message. This book was written in the 90’s and it is crazy how applicable it is to our times now. It is speaking entirely about what we as a planet, as a collective our going through right now. The main message I receive constantly is how important our vibration is. Their is a shift happening on Earth right now. We are multi dimensional beings. We are way more than just human.
Every second you get to decide what vibration you live in and put out into the world. I have been feeling how important this is in my soul, it is something I just know. And I have to thank my mom as well, she’s been helping me realize this along the way.
The higher you vibrate and the higher your frequency the sooner we emerge from this darkness. You can ascend only with a high frequency. The 5th dimension is a real thing, if you want to ascend (which hopefully you do) then you need a high frequency. Even if you don’t believe in 5D at least just continue to spread and live from the highest frequency.
We’ve got to start shining our light, living from light and connecting with other light beings. We must raise our vibration. If you’re reading this a little confused and not quite understanding it that is totally ok and I understand. A few months ago the 5th dimension and ascension seemed absolutely crazy to me. Now, I am ready for it. There is something in my soul that knows it is true. I can’t quite explain it, I just know. To those reading it completely resonating with the words in this article I encourage you to follow it. Vibrate higher, raise your frequency and do your part to be the light.
I don’t know if I’m alone in this but, I’ve been feeling less and less desire to be on my device, less tolerance for sugar of any kind, less tolerance for fake food (as in not real food such as vegetables, fruit, legumes and grains) an overall urge to do my part more, little to no tolerance for satellite television, a huge urge and desire to dream deeply with the Universe showing me everything I need to know through them and a strong yearning to astral travel.
I am letting go of anything that lowers my vibration such as fear, anger, annoyance and sadness. I am the light, I am a high frequency. I ask my higher self, the Universe and Spirit to show me signs that I am on the right path and to guide me along this journey of spreading my light and love. I encourage you to do the same whenever you are ready.
