Today, in the US and even around the world, it’s a really big day. It’s election day and anything really can happen. There are a lot of energies in the world right now and a lot of division. I made this video as something to watch to charge your energy, an energy charge. It’s short, to the point and super upbeat. It’s really important today and in these next couple of days to raise your frequency, to protect your energy and to be kind to yourself. Duality surrounds us and paradoxes are every where you look. This world is full of so much uncertainty, but for now what seems certain, at least in this world we live in, is duality. You can call it whatever you want, polarity, duality, or a paradox but you should always remember in whatever situation you are in there is duality. We’ll focus on the positive side because even duality has a paradox but when you’re struggling or having a rough day bring your mind back to the focus that everything is duality. In the struggle there is always awakening and a gaining of strength and courage, it just takes your mind to recognize it.
Love, truth, vibration and our minds are probably the biggest paradoxes right now. Let’s take a little dive into all four.
Love is the only real thing in this Universe, every thing else is an illusion. The frequency of love is the strongest frequency, I don’t think we realize just how powerful it is. When we are tapped into this frequency our hearts and souls are so alive and awake that everything becomes so clear. When love engulfs our beings and is the only thing on our minds we become our real selves and see the world through that lens. Here’s where duality comes into play: right now, the darkness and fear is making it really hard to tap into the vibration of love. They know how strong it is and how powerful love truly is, so they are doing everything in their power to take it away. I always say our thoughts and what we imagine becomes our reality. We need to be diligent about focusing our mind on the frequency of love. To do this we must trust and follow our heart and our soul, connection in anyway brings love so we must constantly connect with our higher selves. We can always blame the outside world for what we can’t do but in true reality, everything is our choice and we have so much power. Enough power to live the exact reality we want to live in the best possible vibration.
I don’t think there has ever been a year that brought as much truth as 2020 has. The truth is eye opening, alive, awakening to the mind and most of all freeing. When you dive into truth you will always find freedom. To dive into truth you have to be fearless, there’s no other way. You can only take your higher self into truth and that brings true freedom. When you live your life fearlessly and without your little mind tagging along you begin to realize all the miracles that surround you and your vision becomes oh so clear. But here’s the paradox: the truth will change you forever. You will never again be the same. To some, this is scary, actually, I think to all it is scary at first. But then there becomes a certain point when you’re opening your eyes for the first time with truth by your side and you realize, I was living a dream before, I was living a lie. You become grateful for the truth because it awakened your soul and the fire inside of you that has always wished to be free. Living your own truth, living your life with truly open eyes, and living your life with the fearless mentality that all/any truth only awakens you makes this life the best adventure you’ll ever take and every ounce of your being truly free.
We are all electromagnetic beings connected by the Universe and love. We all feel vibrations and energy whether we realize it or not. We all vibrate a certain energy or frequency whether we realize it or not. That is just the beings we are. Any and all vibrations hold power and lots of strength to them. Some of us can see this very clearly and others are just starting to. Love, light, truth, poise, confidence and actual freedom are some of the very best vibrations. They are all love but we can call them different things. 😁 Vibrations of any kind are so strong, they spread and flow outside of you creating your aura and attracting situations, people and experiences. That’s the paradox, any vibration is strong. Whether you choose love or fear it will illuminate loud and clear in your being and outwardly in your aura. Fear is always an illusion we create in our minds, if we ever choose, that is ok. For two reasons, one – we learn to never choose it again and two we can always choose love any moment we choose. Choice is such a gift because we have so much power that any and every choice we make becomes reality. So, always choose the vibration of love and watch your reality light up.
Our minds are more powerful than we know. Not only do our thoughts become reality but all of our thoughts are connected. Through vibration comes our thoughts and through our thoughts comes the life we truly live. Whatever we believe and whatever we focus on will happen. There is no doubt about that. The Universe is always trying to show you this but when your little mind gets in the way you can no longer see it. That’s the paradox, your little mind knows just how strong you are and how much power your have when you truly believe in yourself. It will do anything and everything to make you forget that. With all of this strength that you have inside your being you can easily choose to ignore that voice and to only live with your higher self. Again, it is a simple choice to choose to live in love and only from your true self. When you do this your life becomes your dreams filled with miracles, signs a plenty from the Universe and true peace and freedom.
That’s it for today! As I was writing this, someone reminded me that when we ascend there will no longer be polarity and duality for all things will be love. I know that is true and as I was writing this, I focused less and less on the duality and more and more on the solutions to it. So, again, I have to thank writing for truly helping me grow, for helping me realize my truth and for discovering pieces of my soul. I do believe that right now, in the world we are living in, that everything is duality but I also believe that when we ascend that probably won’t be the case. I encourage you to form your own beliefs, truth and opinions about this topic. I think in some cases duality is a gift and it helps you out of tough situations and in other situations it is a little bit of a trap. So, it’s funny, through writing this I’ve come to the realization that even duality is a paradox and full of its own polarity. 😁 Thank you for reading! Be fearless and free -Ace

The voices in her head were always with her and some days that was a comfort, other days it was overwhelming. But one thing both voices had in common was that they knew her inside and out. She thanked her little voice for helping her grow but she never gave it much attention. She dove into her true voice, her higher self and together they journeyed through the realities they created.
It was once she realized that there was no good nor bad voice; there was just a choice. One voice sounded like her own and one voice did not. So, she followed her heart and placed her belief in her true self, the Universe.

2020 answered!! I sat down to write after hearing bits and pieces of the answer through a voice in my head but mainly it came through me as I was writing; like channeling. I asked 2020 in my previous post to tell me when it would show us all the good things that I am so very ready for. It was a moment of total honesty, sincerity and tad of impatience. 😁 But talking with the Universe is so good for the soul since we are the Universe. Asking your higher self a question and letting it answer you through signs, dreams, a feeling in your gut or a voice in your head is an excellent practice that we should all be doing a lot more of.
I am a year of a truth, a year of awakening. I am here to show the people in this world that the world is not what it appears to be; there are layers and layers of darkness and lies that I am uncovering slowly. I am taking my time for humanity needs to be strong and hold a very high vibration to ascend out of the darkness and into the light. If I disclose all of the truth all at once we could lose that sacred high vibration that we so need.
You remember when you first awakened from the dream, all the lies seemed crazy to you. And I know how that you are used to it now and you are growing through it which is great but so many other people out there are tied to this matrix and the realization that it’s a matrix full of lies would demolish their frequency. You understand? And there is nothing wrong with those people, their journey is perfectly meant to be for this lifetime right now and they will awaken when and if they are meant to.
The darkness out there wants you to lose your patience with me and to dip into that low frequency so we cannot ascend but you must have big picture vision. This is very important; this day to you may seem long and important but in the bigger picture of time, it is nothing but a grain of salt. Every grain of salt adds up to what our future reality may look like so treat each day with purpose and the highest of vibrations; I cannot stress this enough.
In the coming months more truth will be exposed but I really encourage you to have patience and to hold the highest possible vibrational frequency. We cannot ascend, evolve or grow without it. Good things are coming, I can assure you and as we come closer to 2021 there are a few key points you must always remember; some I’ve touched on already but there are a few I think you know but I must remind you of:
- Highest Frequency And Vibration
- Big Picture Vision
- Listening To Your Intuition And Soul – and once you hear them, trust them too
- Connection – love is so important right now and we must lift each other’s frequency as much as our own
- Releasing All Fear
- Listening To Your Body
- Be In Control Of What You Let Into Your Reality

Dear 2020:
Another day in this world, another day in you. You know 2020, a lot of people probably don’t like you but I really am so grateful to you. Thank you for waking me up out of my dream and helping me learn what truth actually is. Thank you for all the growth and versions of myself I’ve evolved into and out of. I am so glad you came around and were very very honest, it seems every year before you was just a lie.
As grateful as I am for you and all the lessons you’ve taught me and truth you’ve showed the world, I’m also a little inpatient with you. Good things are supposed to have come by now and how long are you going to wait before showing it to us? I know the answer and I know inside that more people need to wake up to this show of a world we live in. And we need to raise our vibration. But I’m so ready for it, I am so ready. Patience is not my thing as you can probably tell but honesty is so I thought I’d flat out ask you. I am also asking you to give me your answer; I know you’re the Universe and I’m close with the Universe so I know I’ll get something back. Either through a sign, a feeling in my gut or a flat out response in my head so I look forward to it.
I will keep doing my part, fulfilling my purpose for right now and manifesting all the amazing things coming. I know you have a plan and everything is unfolding just as it is supposed to but sometimes it is hard to continue to live on with all the lies. I believe in you and I trust you and I hope you know how grateful I am for all the growth you’ve brought me.

Author’s Note – I thought I’d share this with the world and with you; it is a little different from what I normally write. I think we all have ups and downs and I’m normally pretty up here so I thought I’d be honest and authentic and share something I’m sure we’ve all been thinking…where’s the good things? I know in my soul that good things are all around us and lots are coming – unimaginably good things. But sometimes your mind can be a little bit of a trap. The only way to escape is with honesty and truth so that’s what I’m doing here. Words are so very powerful but the intention, feeling, vibration and frequency behind those words hold all that power. You could say any word you want but without the right intention behind it, those words will have no power. The Universe speaks energy and so do we because we are the Universe and the Universe is us. It is time we realize the only language we all speak is love. There’s English, Spanish, French and a million more but love is the constant behind every language.
Wouldn’t you love to live in a world where we didn’t have to speak unless we really wanted to because we were all so in touch with our souls and the Universal language of frequency that we could feel each other’s words? You could have a whole conversation based off energy, the expression of your eyes and the depth of your souls. To do this, we must know who we are, realize our connection to every little thing in this world, let go of that little voice, fully trust our intuition and learn to play with the Universe.
To be in touch with other’s frequencies and feelings you must be so in touch with yours. As if your feelings are your best friend; you know them in and out, you communicate with them daily and you trust them. We feel things for a specific reason. Never ignore your feelings for they always have a purpose and they’ll become stronger the longer you wait to face them. We feel things in our heart and in our intuition. Those feelings shape our frequency and our frequency shapes the reality we live in for you attract the energy you put out.
How do you trust your intuition? It’s the same as trusting a person in a way. First you need to be aware of it and listen to it. Don’t ignore it, don’t push it to the side, listen with an open heart and a clear mind. Your heart, mind, intuition and soul are all the same thing; they’re all the Universe but they just communicate in different ways. Once you get to know your intuition a little bit and start to see that maybe it’s a little more powerful than you think, then your trust will start to form. And always remember that everything happens for a reason; so enjoy the journey and follow the signs. Following the signs takes trusting your intuition, so start there.
Love is all that really exists in this world. There’s a ton of distractions but when it comes down to it love is all. You are love, I am love, the tree is love, the Universe is love. Fear is an illusion; it sure does look like it is there but when you step back, clear your head and align yourself with the frequency of love then you realize,”Fear isn’t really here, fear is a construct in my mind that becomes my reality when I choose to focus on it.”
If we can all tap into the love that connects us to all and aligns us in the highest vibration then living from the heart and speaking through frequency and feelings is totally possible! I encourage you to practice stepping back. You might be in a heated moment, a tough discussion or a brutal reality but step back. Step back into your power, into love, into the Universe, into connection, into your heart, into your intuition and into the person you really are; love. You could think of as stepping in too, it just depends on how you look at it.
Going with that last thought, it just depends on how you look at it; that’s the key to life. You could be struggling so hard for so many seemingly true reasons but if you change the way you look at it that hard struggle could actually be that amazing miracle. Change your perception to change your reality, face your feelings to hold the frequency you desire and trust every ounce of your being to truly see.
So, I encourage you to start speaking the language of the Universe. Feel other people’s energy, frequency, vibration and even thoughts without using words but using your soul. To do this, you must be in touch with your frequency and soul. Speak with your heart, not your mind for your heart holds your vibration. Love is all around us and inside of us and it’s up to you to see it. Sending you love and the power to align yourself with the highest frequency of all: love! 💗 Be fearless and free -Ace

Walking through a grassy meadow, surrounded by green, a blue butterfly flew ahead of me. It danced circles in the wind until my dreams moved on to something else. That was the only thing I remembered from hours of dreaming which I know is for a reason. I can picture that visual so easily, almost as if I lived it. I believe in dreams for I know they are meant to help us and everything has a purpose, a reason. Dreams have so much power that we aren’t even aware of; sleep is something I look forward to for I am fascinated by the signs the Universe provides for they are always sent with love to help me on my journey. The Universe does the same for you; just open your mind a little bit to see it.
Butterflies symbolize change; specifically in dreams they symbolize change coming or the change that has already occurred in your waking life. And maybe even both. I saw a blue butterfly and blue symbolizes calm, serenity and peace. Also in my dream I was in a meadow and meadows symbolize openness and a beautiful situation that never gets interrupted. When you have a dream, any dream, it is important to analyze every aspect of it for each little thing is a sign. In analyzing you do a combination of things; what the object/environment/person means to you, how it makes you feel and if you don’t know these two things that’s ok; it’s why we have the internet.
So, I’m sharing this dream because as much as I feel it is a message for me in my personal life, I feel it is a message for us as a collective. It is a dream that I am meant to share with you because there is a lot of darkness and big things going on in the world right now. But, there is also so much light and so many good things coming. That is what my dream was telling me; a change that will bring peace and calm providing us with a beautiful uninterrupted situation. I encourage you to look for the light, to notice the good and to align yourself with a high vibration. You only get what you look for so if you look for good things you will definitely see them. I promise.
Tune out that little voice and step into your soul, your higher self and your best vibration. Change is coming! And whatever you believe it will be, it will be. We each create our entire reality by the perspective we use to see the world. So, follow the signs, look for the good in the world and in each other and love yourself! Because without loving yourself you can’t love others and you can’t be free.
Dreams are whatever you make them. I write a lot about dreams, specifically dream manifesting, lucid dreaming, astral travel etc. The Universe is showing you things you need to see in your dreams; even if you ignore it or think nothing of it the Universe will continue to show you sign after sign. Once you realize that you can create the exact dream you want and that each dream connects to your life then you’ll start to feel your power. You’ll realize that you have so much power and your mind is so strong that the life you want is only thoughts away.
