“Pound Pound,” went the beat of his heart. He took a deep breath, inhaling his gratitude and exhaling his fear.
Another moment passed, he took a deep breath, inhaling love and exhaling worry.
This moment was different, he had no more fear to exhale, so he inhaled peace and exhaled love for the world to receive.
And the same thing happened again, his fear had evaporated. He inhaled excitement and exhaled blessings for each being in the Universe to feel.
But in this moment, the fear came back because it realized it was losing his power over him, so he inhaled light and exhaled the fear again.
This moment, he was free, so he inhaled joy with a smile and exhaled freedom to help the world’s heart beat louder.
In this moment, he took a step back and inhaled the past moments he had just experienced. Those moments were just a few seconds of his day, if he could be this aware of his breath, feelings, thoughts and energy in every single second of the day, then he would live a life of true freedom. So, he exhaled to the future, excited and ready for all the inhales and exhales to come.
I let my thoughts wander in my head Before I went to bed Guess I took some to my dreams Showing me things I don’t know I want to see Not that it’s all bad Just the uncertainty Sometimes drives me mad It is indeed you I see Will these dreams come to be? Or is it footage just clogging my brain Sinking down an endless drain Even if it’s just a show Most moments aren’t too low Looking down the row Of the thoughts you created Down the hall of my mind I watch the Universe Pick which past or future to show No matter what It always shows me something that’s good Somedays I wake up steaming Somedays I wake up gleaming Somedays I wake up dreaming I could live in the dream instead You confuse me Because I wonder why you still take space in my mind But you I enjoy seeing I just wish you were still being And you I ask to see So, thanks for coming to be I see the signs All the different kinds This poem was supposed to bring me clarity But that’s a rarity So, I’m still wondering Will some of these dreams come true? Or is it just a show of my ever-changing point of view? Ace
This poem took me a while to write, I had so many thoughts and condensing them into lines that rhyme was tough, but I saw the potential in this piece so I kept going. I really love this poem, it has a lot of special meaning to me. I believe so much in dreams, but they still leave me with much to think about. Hello friends!!! Today’s post is all about joy and smiling! I know a lot of people are struggling with some type of pain right now, whether physical, emotional or mental, I get it. But pain is ultimately just an illusion, labels give it power, but YOU are so strong, I know it!! So, today I’m going to share some past pieces of mine to help you rise, smile and say goodbye to pain.

This is video is called Movie Making, it’s all about making your life the best movie by remembering that you’re the director, the Universe is your co-producer and at any time you can rewrite your script. I love the music, it’s very joyful and upbeat! I feel like this video is very relatable and a good reminder to take your life back into your own hands.
This video is called Amaze and it is the last video on my album. It kind of flows perfectly from Movie Making because it is all about happy endings! Happy endings, not just in the end of life, but in every single situation! Pain might be with you right now, but envision your happy ending, it will come to be in your reality because thoughts become reality. Imagine what you want to see in your reality, imagination is reality, hence the purpose of my album.

Those cracks shaped you into the warrior you are today
Like the shells of the ocean
We come in all different shapes and sizes
But we are all connected by love
Like the sun above
When we shine together
We blur out all darkness

These shells/rocks are all from my ever-growing collection! I’m so lucky to live near a beach and whenever my family and I go on a walk by the ocean, I always look for these gems! They are all so different yet the same. I think they really symbolize the uniqueness of each of us but at the same time the connection of love between us all. When we come together we can rise above the darkness and make each other better or in the shells’ case, make beautiful shapes!! That’s what this poem I wrote is all about, celebrating our uniqueness and collectively shining our bright lights to illuminate the world!

There are a lot of heavy energies in the world right now, I feel them and I see them. Energy, vibration and frequency are all one. Together, they are extremely powerful and we all have the ability to feel them, some more than others and this can be very overwhelming. But that is our choice, it is ok to have some low moments and to feel the downs, but we always have a choice to to emerge and to reconnect with love and the peace within it.
2020, I truly believe has helped us become more in touch with ourselves, our thoughts, our emotions and our beliefs and that is a beautiful thing. No matter what those thoughts, beliefs or emotions are, I think we can all agree that we know ourselves better. When you know your true self you know your feelings, your heart, your higher self, your intuition and your mind which brings you more in touch with the Universe. I think patience is becoming harder and harder for all of us and that is completely understandable, but impatience causes so much anxiety and fear. I caught myself a few times in the past couple days worrying about the future or certain things outside of my control and I brought myself back to the moment, blocked out my little mind trying to keep me in a tunnel of thinking and reconnected with what and who I love. Impatience is natural, but what needs to be more natural is trusting the Universe. When you trust the Universe, you trust yourself and you trust that your journey is exactly meant to be for you. (Little hint, your journey is perfect and everything in your life has a reason. The Universe is always loving and supporting you because you are it and it is you 💜).
So, with the heavy energy and maybe you’re feeling a little low, I encourage you to reconnect with what you love, who you love, and the love you have for and within yourself. Do the things that bring you joy and that make you feel great, surround yourself with the people that lift you up and that inspire you to be better versions of yourself and tap into your higher self and let it be the only voice in your head. When you are doing what you love, your mind, your little mind, turns off and even the real voice in there quiets down, because your passion is your purpose and thinking isn’t necessary. Your heart, your soul and your intuition take over because you are living your purpose and that purpose makes you full, complete, free and alive. That frequency of doing what you love and fulfilling your purpose is the highest frequency alive, it’s the frequency of love and your mind will never get in the way of that energy. It is too powerful.
So, with all that being said, below are some things that I love to do, that bring me joy and that turn off my head. My purpose for right now is to help raise the vibrational frequency of the planet and to give you the gift the Universe gave me, to truly be the fearless and free soul that you most definitely are.
Poetry is just a part of who I am, I fell in love with poetry the moment I started writing my first poem. Dreams are adventures I look forward to every night, I’ve written so much about them and through dreams I’ve learned so so much. This poem came pretty easily because when I combine two things I love, the words just write themselves.
If you know me, you know making videos is one of my favorite things to do! I discovered video-making just a few short months ago and I’ve dived into it. The process of making a video and the zone you get into is unlike anything else. This is my favorite video from my debut album IMAGINE + REALITY. It is called Leap and it’s about relationships and connection, which for some reason, is one of my favorite things to create and write about. It was very tempting to put a new video in this article, because, psst, a little secret, I’ve been working on something big that includes new videos! Soon, you’ll know what that something I’m working on is. 😁 I love to create and to encourage you to strengthen your relationship with the Universe, you. So, making quotes and images like this comes so naturally to me.
Cooking (always vegan of course 😁) is one of my favorite things to do. It is almost therapeutic and in a world where immediate results aren’t a common thing, cooking is so fulfilling in that way. It feels good to feed your body and soul really good, tasty and healthy food that will help you thrive! I made this video a little while back, this meal was so fun and exhausting to make. 🤪 I had this idea to do around the world tapas and I made that idea reality within hours! I love music, so much. It brings me peace of mind, it helps me get in touch with my feelings and it comforts me in the tough moments. I especially love lyrics, and this image I created has a few of my favorites right now. When music is on, I am creating and my mind is off.
I very much love writing, so writing this article and creating everything in it was incredibly fun, peaceful and soothing to me! It is truly amazing when you do what you love how much your vibration raises. I hope this article helps you on your journey!!
