The Language Of Love

Words are so very powerful but the intention, feeling, vibration and frequency behind those words hold all that power. You could say any word you want but without the right intention behind it, those words will have no power. The Universe speaks energy and so do we because we are the Universe and the Universe is us. It is time we realize the only language we all speak is love. There’s English, Spanish, French and a million more but love is the constant behind every language.

Wouldn’t you love to live in a world where we didn’t have to speak unless we really wanted to because we were all so in touch with our souls and the Universal language of frequency that we could feel each other’s words? You could have a whole conversation based off energy, the expression of your eyes and the depth of your souls. To do this, we must know who we are, realize our connection to every little thing in this world, let go of that little voice, fully trust our intuition and learn to play with the Universe.

To be in touch with other’s frequencies and feelings you must be so in touch with yours. As if your feelings are your best friend; you know them in and out, you communicate with them daily and you trust them. We feel things for a specific reason. Never ignore your feelings for they always have a purpose and they’ll become stronger the longer you wait to face them. We feel things in our heart and in our intuition. Those feelings shape our frequency and our frequency shapes the reality we live in for you attract the energy you put out.

How do you trust your intuition? It’s the same as trusting a person in a way. First you need to be aware of it and listen to it. Don’t ignore it, don’t push it to the side, listen with an open heart and a clear mind. Your heart, mind, intuition and soul are all the same thing; they’re all the Universe but they just communicate in different ways. Once you get to know your intuition a little bit and start to see that maybe it’s a little more powerful than you think, then your trust will start to form. And always remember that everything happens for a reason; so enjoy the journey and follow the signs. Following the signs takes trusting your intuition, so start there.

Love is all that really exists in this world. There’s a ton of distractions but when it comes down to it love is all. You are love, I am love, the tree is love, the Universe is love. Fear is an illusion; it sure does look like it is there but when you step back, clear your head and align yourself with the frequency of love then you realize,”Fear isn’t really here, fear is a construct in my mind that becomes my reality when I choose to focus on it.”

If we can all tap into the love that connects us to all and aligns us in the highest vibration then living from the heart and speaking through frequency and feelings is totally possible! I encourage you to practice stepping back. You might be in a heated moment, a tough discussion or a brutal reality but step back. Step back into your power, into love, into the Universe, into connection, into your heart, into your intuition and into the person you really are; love. You could think of as stepping in too, it just depends on how you look at it.

Going with that last thought, it just depends on how you look at it; that’s the key to life. You could be struggling so hard for so many seemingly true reasons but if you change the way you look at it that hard struggle could actually be that amazing miracle. Change your perception to change your reality, face your feelings to hold the frequency you desire and trust every ounce of your being to truly see.

So, I encourage you to start speaking the language of the Universe. Feel other people’s energy, frequency, vibration and even thoughts without using words but using your soul. To do this, you must be in touch with your frequency and soul. Speak with your heart, not your mind for your heart holds your vibration. Love is all around us and inside of us and it’s up to you to see it. Sending you love and the power to align yourself with the highest frequency of all: love! 💗 Be fearless and free -Ace

A Believer, A Dreamer

Part 1

About a year ago I started to have these really powerful, thought provoking and overall interesting dreams. I didn’t think much of it the first week or so because I didn’t think it mattered. But continuously night after night they were becoming more and more real, each one hitting at my heart, mind and soul. That is when I got interested.

In this article we’ll dive deep into my experiences in dreams, where we go when we go to sleep, lucid dreaming and what the Universe wants you to know in your dreams. This is a long one, I have a lot of thoughts! Thank you for reading!

In the beginning, I was so overwhelmed by it and it made me so tired. I was dreaming dream after dream night after night without fail. And I didn’t dream that often before all of this. So, it was very new to me. They kept on coming one after the other. And then I’d go on my device first thing in the morning and forget all about it. When I started to pay more attention and to really take it seriously was when I realized how predictable they were. I’d dream something was going to happen and bam, the next day the thing I dreamt would happen – did.

So, I started doing some research. Now, the internet is very limited and small minded so I didn’t dive in because I wanted to have my own experience without any fear or limitations in my mind. The thing I saw a lot was to keep a dream journal and to keep track of them. I did this like one or two days and immediately dropped the habit. I love to write but first thing in the morning and with something that felt hard to describe it wasn’t that fun to me. Looking back, I am glad I trusted my soul on that because I think it is more than writing in a journal what your dreams were. Sure, writing it down can help you remember them but what if you weren’t meant to remember them?

My experience is this, I have 3-5 dreams a night pretty regularly. It is pretty rare that I don’t dream. But do I remember all of them? No. I’ll wake up somedays and not remember I even had a dream but something inside of me knows I did dream. I’ll just wake up and not remember. I think that is fine. I trust the Universe and my soul. When I really remember a dream to the point where I feel like I lived it then yes, I extract the message out of it and look for the signs my soul and the Universe are giving me. It is a gut thing, you’ll know if that dream meant something.

Not to say some dreams are nonsense, I don’t believe that either. I think all dreams have power but the ones you so vividly remember have so much power and are a sign from the Universe. I remember about 60-70% of my dreams. In the beginning I remembered all of them but it was too hard for my soul/my body to keep going. I would be exhausted when I got up because I felt like I lived everything. Everyone’s journey is different, everyone’s experience is different. Whatever you go through is meant to happen on your journey; I’m just sharing my experience, opinions and thoughts.

The common question I see a lot with sleep in general is: When we go to sleep, where do we go? (And no, I am not quoting Billie Eilish). I am not an expert obviously and I don’t really have a concrete answer but I have an open mind. I think we could be going deeper into our mind. If you think about it most dreams are about current events happening in your life. I think whatever you think about the most will happen in your dreams.

But some dreams, like I said are predictable. Now, these dreams make me think the Universe is the dream producer and we are the guests watching the show. This one feels more right to me and maybe to some of you reading this you’ll think that is so far fetched. But, it is not. What’s far fetched is believing dreams are meaningless and have no significance. I also believe that it is very possible to connect with souls that have passed on through your dreams. I know I have.

What also might be a possibility is that spirits, other beings or your guides may be showing you the dreams. There was a time when I didn’t believe in this sort of thing but I most definitely do now. I think it is fully possible for a spirit/being/whatever you want to call it, to take over your body/mind while you’re asleep. A lot of the time this is a great thing, we are surrounded by light beings, our guides and spirits who support us. You just can’t see them and maybe at night they present you with your dreams; as if that is how they speak to you. But, I believe what can also happen is a dark being, spirit or energy can feed off your energy of fear and present you with nightmares or dreams that really aren’t meant to help you but to put you in fear. So as always, there is polarity. This resonates with me but not 100%, maybe it is a combination of all of these: your mind, the Universe and other spirits/energies/beings.

So, I have a lot of beliefs/opinions but I am open to anything and I just enjoy the dreams and seeing the signs through them. I try not to dwell on how I dream because I don’t believe there is an answer for everything. I like to let the Universe take care of it.

My favorite part of dreaming is Lucid Dreaming. This is so cool. It is almost like your subconscious and conscious are playing with each other at the same time. There is a part of you that is dreaming in the background and then your higher self or mind or whatever you want to call it is basically commentating on the dream. This is harder than I thought to explain! But trust me once you feel it you’ll know just how amazing it is.

So, as you’re dreaming your own voice in your head can alter the dream, you can dive into a certain part of the dream, you can make the characters in your dream say certain things you can basically do whatever you want. Guys, this is exciting!!! This is why I always say your life is a movie, especially after you experience lucid dreaming you’ll realize how much you do this in your actual life. The life is the dream and your mind is just commentating the whole time. Changing your reality, perspective and thoughts.

But, hate to be a downer, there are some challenges to lucid dreaming. The hard part is not to wake up! Your mind will be so alive and awake that your body will want to wake up. This is when you use your voice, your body is controlled by your mind. Your mind tells your body to sleep, it’ll keep sleeping. And also, the first times I experimented with this, I would get a little scared and just wake up. Nothing scary happens, it is a message presented by the Universe for your soul to know. The Universe will never hurt you. Trust.

In Part 2 I’ll get into the power of dream manifestation. This is also very exciting and intriguing so stay tuned for that. And in another one I’ll dive deeper into meanings in dreams. Obviously, I have a lot of thoughts on dreams that I am excited to share! Hence, why this titled Part 1! I hope this helps you on your journey! So, literally and figuratively: Dream Big!!! Love or Fear

Every choice you make, every moment you live and every breath you take you decide to live from love or fear. It is completely your choice and within your control. Every emotion is love or fear and every thought is love or fear; it may seem like there is more to it but really, it is love or fear. Especially right now, to live from love is of major importance. This world is surrounded by too much fear, darkness and division. We are not shown the countless acts of love, kindness, light and in general good things I know this world is full of.

You cannot fake love; to fake it would be to act from fear. Your heart will know if you’re genuinely acting from a place of love, kindness, compassion and light. Love always makes you feel good, always. We are loving, compassionate and strong beings. We are not what the media tells us we are or what our little mind likes to trick us with.

In the core of your being and in the goodness of you heart you know you are pure love, more powerful than you know and compassionate to yourself and to others.

I encourage you today (and always) to be conscious of your decision making, the way you live and the person you decide to be in every moment. Think to yourself, am I doing this out of love or fear? Am I living this moment with love or fear? Do I recognize love or fear in this situation?

That last question is super important. Especially with the media’s influence in our lives and their consistent encouragement to not form our own opinions, to live from fear and to see only one side. When you look into someone’s eyes what do you see? If you read a media headline how does it make you feel? When you’re in the middle of a tough situation what are you going to act from? You can only see in others what you have in you; this is big. We are all made of love and fear. Think from your own mind, not others and not your little mind. Make your own decisions and form your own opinions from love. And if you do see fear, don’t combat it with fear; be your loving self and act from love because that is how you vanquish fear.

Today, set your intention to be pure love, to spread love, to see love in all and if you do see fear continue to act from love and do your best to be that ray of light that vanquishes darkness completely. And once you do this today continue it for days and days to come.

To act from love is liberating, to act from fear is imprisoning.

What A Time To Be Alive

Let’s dive into the power of our frequency, vibration and energy. Especially right now; it is super important.

I’ve been reading and loving Bringers of Dawn by Barbara Marciniak. It really is amazing, I definitely recommend it. It is channeled through the Pleiadians. It is ok if you don’t quite believe in that yet but I encourage you to. Just a few short months ago I didn’t believe in aliens of any kind, now I’m reading words from them! You can change as quickly as you want to.

No matter how you feel, I feel it is important to share their overwhelming message. This book was written in the 90’s and it is crazy how applicable it is to our times now. It is speaking entirely about what we as a planet, as a collective our going through right now. The main message I receive constantly is how important our vibration is. Their is a shift happening on Earth right now. We are multi dimensional beings. We are way more than just human.

Every second you get to decide what vibration you live in and put out into the world. I have been feeling how important this is in my soul, it is something I just know. And I have to thank my mom as well, she’s been helping me realize this along the way.

The higher you vibrate and the higher your frequency the sooner we emerge from this darkness. You can ascend only with a high frequency. The 5th dimension is a real thing, if you want to ascend (which hopefully you do) then you need a high frequency. Even if you don’t believe in 5D at least just continue to spread and live from the highest frequency.

We’ve got to start shining our light, living from light and connecting with other light beings. We must raise our vibration. If you’re reading this a little confused and not quite understanding it that is totally ok and I understand. A few months ago the 5th dimension and ascension seemed absolutely crazy to me. Now, I am ready for it. There is something in my soul that knows it is true. I can’t quite explain it, I just know. To those reading it completely resonating with the words in this article I encourage you to follow it. Vibrate higher, raise your frequency and do your part to be the light.

I don’t know if I’m alone in this but, I’ve been feeling less and less desire to be on my device, less tolerance for sugar of any kind, less tolerance for fake food (as in not real food such as vegetables, fruit, legumes and grains) an overall urge to do my part more, little to no tolerance for satellite television, a huge urge and desire to dream deeply with the Universe showing me everything I need to know through them and a strong yearning to astral travel.

I am letting go of anything that lowers my vibration such as fear, anger, annoyance and sadness. I am the light, I am a high frequency. I ask my higher self, the Universe and Spirit to show me signs that I am on the right path and to guide me along this journey of spreading my light and love. I encourage you to do the same whenever you are ready.

I guess it is more of an open journal entry. I am not perfect, nor is any one of us. I need to work on certain things that bring my frequency down. I am ready. Eyes: Windows To The Soul

Our eyes do so much for us. They give us the ability to see, to perceive and to experience. They are vehicles or windows into who people really are. You can just see who a person really is based off their eyes. I think we do this subconsciously for I didn’t realize just how much I look into people’s eyes to make my first impression of someone. It gets interesting when you start to think about if your mind is controlling and manipulating what your eyes see, even deeper, if your soul, higher self or the Universe are manipulating and controlling what you see. In that case, I think it is a good thing. The Universe is always supporting you so even if maybe it shows you something you may not want to see, take it as a friendly warning. However, if your little mind is controlling what you see it is not a good thing. We’ll get into this more later on.

First thing you notice when you look into someone’s eyes is the color. Or at least it is that way for me. Your eye color represents specific things and personality traits. You might think that is absurd and crazy. But think about it, if only 2% of people on the planet have green eyes do you think that just doesn’t say anything? And I believe we choose everything in our lives and that there is a purpose. I don’t think it is a coincidence what date we are born, what time, what gender and even what eye color.

People with green eyes are said to be passionate, curious, incredibly loving and very creative. However, they can struggle with jealousy. People with blue eyes are said to be calm, peaceful, knowledgable, and have long lasting relationships of any kind. With that being said, they struggle with being a tad egocentric and maybe too competitive. People with brown eyes are said to be independent, confident, determined and trustworthy. However, they struggle with separating themselves from the pack. I could go on and on with eye colors. These are just the most popular. I am not saying this it and the only answer, there is more to the eyes.

You can stare into people’s eyes and you’ll just know inside of you what they show you. I think eye contact is more important now than ever. I don’t even want to say this, but with the increasing use of facial coverings our faces, expressions and reactions are being taken away from us. For right now we only have our eyes to connect with people. I say for right now because they are trying to take our eyes away from us too. When I say they, let’s just say I mean the darkness. Look for the people who look you in the eye. We need to take more time and effort to look people in the eye and to look at our surroundings. With the increasing use of phones, tablets, computers etc. lots of people are zoned in on their devices. I encourage you, look around! Look up, look down, look left, look right, look in front, look behind and look people in the eye. You could have a whole conversation with someone using only your eyes to speak. You could make someone’s day just by looking them in the eye. You could meet a person who will remain in your life forever based off one moment you chose to look that person in the eye. The possibilities are endless.

Anyways, I got a little off topic there. But, you can see emotions based off someone’s eyes. Sadness, joy, aliveness, content, peace, bored, dead looking, I mean I could go on and on. There are two ways to approach this; if you can tell based off someone’s eyes that the person is sad or down you can lift them up and add to their frequency or leave them be and focus on your frequency. You’ll know what to do based off the energy coming off the person and what your higher self and soul are telling you. It is a gut thing, something in you will know and there is no right or wrong. However if someone, based off their eyes seem to be joyful and in good spirits connect with them. If you’re down, the person can help raise your frequency. I’m not saying that only an outside person can lift your frequency, that is far from the truth. I am just saying connect. Human interaction is so important especially now. You never know what can happen.

Most importantly, be in control of your eyes, your windows to your soul. Your energy, frequency, vibration, emotions and soul control the way your eyes look. Look yourself in the eye, be the commander of your ship. Don’t let your little mind control the ways your eyes look. Let your soul be in command; to do that you must let go of fear.

Being a serious tennis athlete, 95% of the time my opponent and I make our own calls. This can be frustrating when you’re playing someone who is so eager to win, they’ll be dishonest, lie, cheat etc. This is just my experience, I’m not being mean or judging that person. It just happens in competition and I accept that. I’ve learned over the years how to deal with it and not let it effect me or my game. I had a coach once tell me a long time ago, “Sometimes, people convince themselves so much that they actually see it that way. Sometimes, they’re not purposely cheating, they just honestly see it that way and nothing could change their mind.”

I definitely didn’t quite understand what he was saying at the time but now I do. Sometimes your little mind can heavily influence the way you see things. You must be aware of this and see it; which can be challenging. But once you become aware of it, you can break the habit. Even better, you can do a complete 360 and let the Universe influence the way you see things.
