Hello friends!! So, for the past few months I’ve been busy creating this project and now it is finally time to announce it!!
So, there you have it!! I’ve made a virtual cookbook called Acing The Kitchen! So, basically, it is an album full of cooking videos. Yes, it is 100% vegan! I’ve also been eating sugar free for almost a year now, so all these recipes are sugar free! On occasion, you’ll see me use agave but it’s natural sugar and that is super good for you. I use organic ingredients as much as possible, it’s always better to eat chemical free food! š¤Ŗ I hope to show you in this virtual cookbook that vegan tastes amazing, and isn’t all salad. And sugar free, doesn’t mean disgusting, it means doing the best thing for your body without skimping on flavor. Cooking has always been a passion of mine, I love the flow and creative zone you get in while cooking! With that being said, I don’t often use measurements. I eyeball a lot of my ingredients and go with my gut, I think it is important to cook with preference of flavor rather than math! š When you cook a lot, you kind of know intuitively the “right” amounts; you can always add more but you can’t take away, that’s a good thing to remember if you’re new to cooking. The best part about cooking, is that you always get a finished project. Through this virtual cookbook, you’ll get many amazing finished projects! She closed her eyes, but opened her ears. The silence was comforting, but the gentle whisper of air let her eyes wander. Her mind went to sleep, exactly how she liked it. Her soul, however, started to roar. And when her soul roared, her intuition awakened. This tingle in her gut spread to her whole being creating a twinkle in her eyes. Her vision was clear, she saw a big, strong tree with large roots and leaves that danced in the wind. Behind it was the sun, illuminating its energy and creating the dreamy aura that engulfed this tree. She was then shown a baby tree, small little roots and baby leaves just starting to emerge. But behind this vision, the starry night lit the tree up. The sparkle in the stars and the comfort of blue, charged this baby tree with the force of life. Then the visions started flashing, baby tree then big tree over and over again. Her intuition delicately whispered, “Ground, you’re ready to grow.”
A Little Message To You
My fellow souls, this journey is quite a ride. Love, is the only constant. The power is all in you to create the bubble of reality you wish to live in. I practice throughout the day, imaging a little bubble keeping my energy close and protecting me from the outside world’s reality. Life is lived in the moments you choose to truly be yourself, not the moments that are about you. Time is non existent, our minds create this time loop. Open your mind, heart and eyes; the Universe has so many plans for you! Let light take over your being and electrify your soul. I believe in you and send you so much love!! The energy is so alive in the Universe right now, that answers are being given to us much sooner. My mind ā boy are you a funny creature. You know, you take me on the wildest adventures, the craziest rollercoasters, the smoothest waters, the most serene forests, the prettiest sunsets, the rockiest mountains but most of all, you take me on the journey of life. I know, somedays you drive me absolutely crazy and I wish you’d just stay silent. But, I realize through those days you teach me to grow. I hear all your voices, I sense all your tricks, I see you like no one else, I’ve traveled to each corner and every crack in you and I’ve realized my true power with your help.
You are my biggest tool and curse all in one. But I choose to see you in the light, because I realize you are treated poorly by some. I know you’re here to help me on this journey, I know you are me. Some of your voices, eh, not my best friends, but I do appreciate their place in my journey to grow. The key with you is realizing your power. In my past, I’ve misused your power but through lots of lessons, I think I am finally using your power the way my heart knows to harness. You see, you bring things into reality so quickly. Thinking of my fears or anxiety, only brings more of them and it really took me years to figure that out! š¤Ŗ I needed those years to realize your loving power, the way you bring miracles so quickly into my life now lights my soul on fire and lets that fire continue to burn. Somewhere inside of me, I always knew you could do that, but seeing it now just makes me so alive.
What I’m trying to say to you, my mind, is a heartfelt and honest thank you. You’re my mind, I’m sure you know all this but, for some reason I felt like I needed to say it. As you know, I’ve been thinking (probably too much) about the future of my life. You know it brings me some anxiety, but I really love how you’ve made my future a truly blank canvas. I thought I had my future figured out, and right now you’re telling me you know all of this, but you know writing clears the space in you. I believe in your power and I’ll continue to believe in all the magic my life is continuously full of. Just grant me one wish – I’ll stay true to myself no matter what I go through, who I meet or how I choose to live. I love me, I love you and that won’t change. My mind, thank you – you’ve blessed me in many ways and I can truly say with full honesty, I’m excited for our future. -Ace

The car keeps rolling steadily through the open roads. Iāve always thought it weird that the car can move miles and I donāt move an inch. I guess itās like my thoughts, they move miles in my head but my body stays still.
I put my hand on the window and look out at the land. I unleash my imagination and my thoughts to run wild through the fields. My hand stays on the glass and my eyes rest on my nails. Theyāre longer than theyāve been and that makes me happy, my hands always seem to be a gauge of where my state of mind is.
Back to my thoughts, she comes through and I see her playing in the crops. Then he comes in and I see him through the song Iām listening to. Now my gaze comes back to my hand on the cold window; I soak in the stillness. Back to the fields, last nightās dream starts to unravel itself and tomorrowās vision comes to light. Then they all become alive, itās making me wonder.
My foundation makes a large circle in the middle of the crops, winding itself in and out into the most beautiful shapes. No matter what thought comes into my mind, that foundation stays strong and clear.
I open my eyes out of this short daydream and draw my attention back to my hand. I marvel at how my small, delicate hand connects to the sun above me and the mountains that surround. Me, seemingly just a small human, in actuality a big part of this enormously infinite Universe.
I unlock my phone, change the song and start writing. Hereās what came. -Ace

Light, I feel you in every piece of my being, I feel you within love and I feel you in the words I write. Darkness, I feel you in anything mainstream, I feel you losing your power and I feel you being in people’s lives to help them grow and shine their light even stronger. Light, you have my trust, belief and soul. Darkness, you have my forgiveness, farewell and light that blurs you out. Light, you know me because you are me. It’s finally here!!!! I never thought I’d be able to follow up IMAGINE + REALITY, especially not this soon. I’m excited to tell you that I have!! This album is different but it comes from the same place of love, light and freedom! I’m so excited I finally get to share this full album with you, I’ve been holding it for so long and to release it to you guys feels, ironically, freeing!! This second time around, the videos are longer, I’ve made them differently, and I played around with special effects which really bring the words to life! And just like IMAGINE + REALITY, I poured my heart, soul, intuition and every ounce of my being into the entirety of this album. FREEDOM doesn’t have a format, it’s just 11 videos that flow right into each other. This post might seem long and daunting but, I encourage you to at least just watch one! Trust me, it’ll be worth it. I hope these videos bring you as much joy, inspiration, love, light and freedom as they bring me. In the coming days, I’ll be doing a Q&A about this album and take you behind the scenes. The process of making FREEDOM was definitely different than IMAGINE + REALITY. But for now, you finally have the album! I encourage you to watch them in order, just watch one, or watch the videos that stand out to you personally – the Universe will always show you what you need to see. Dive in!! 1. Shine – 1:36
Funny thing about this video, Shine, I made it 3 days after IMAGINE + REALITY went out. I don’t know why, I just had this feeling that I should make a video. So, I did and it was the hardest video to make. Putting out 17 videos is no joke and I used so many slides, colors, backgrounds, words, sayings, topics, and fonts. When I sat down to make this video it was overwhelming and took me hours because I didn’t want any of the slides to have the same words and backgrounds as the videos in IMAGINE + REALITY. But, overall it came together really well and the overall message is listening to your heart and love, of course. Making videos normally is very relaxing and enjoyable to me and even though this one was harder, I’m so glad I pushed through and and stuck to it. It really came out so good and I love the slides about a smiling heart. It is the perfect way to start this album because you need to be in touch with the love in your heart to truly be free. 2. Unique – 1:33
I made Unique a week after I made Shine, again, I got that strange feeling in my gut that I should make a video. And that week, a few things happened which made me really grateful that after many lessons, I am fully myself no matter who or what comes my way. So this video came naturally. I learned from the trouble I had in making Shine, so this time I wrote the words first in my journal and then designed the video. I’ve done videos that way in the past so it wasn’t too weird, I actually enjoy doing it that way now. The theme of this video is obviously, to be yourself 100% percent and to celebrate your uniqueness. If we were all the same, we’d be robots. Our differences makes us strong and without those differences connection wouldn’t be as meaningful, conversations would lack depth and all our realities would be the same because perception shapes reality. I really love this video, sometimes we all need little reminder that being uniquely yourself is the truest form of strength. 3. Know In My Soul – 2:00
Know In My Soul is one of my favorite videos, I took some time after making Unique and really got clear on what I was doing. š¤Ŗ I didn’t post Shine or Unique so, in my mind I was like, “Am I making another album?” The answer was obviously, “Yes.” I still hadn’t fully committed to that thought yet, I was just making videos. This video, I again, wrote in my journal and then designed. It has a pattern to it though, you’ll get a profound thought and then the reason why that thought is true. The pattern just repeats itself over and over again. I named this video, Know In My Soul, because every one of these slides I just know inside of me, I’ll know them forever. Not to say that I don’t know other slides from other videos in my soul, I do. But these slides, no matter how much I grow or change, will always be known to me. 4. In Sync – 1:49
In Sync was the first video I made for this album that came through me effortlessly, I was back in the zone. And I had fully committed to the thought that I was making an album. I love this video, the music is so perfect and I started to use special effects in here! I think the effects make it that much more entertaining and gives the words more life. I feel like this video represents how it feels to be in sync with the Universe, you. There are a few slides about feelings here because I feel like your emotions are the most direct way you can hear the Universe. Feelings are tricky because you need to face them to let them pass but you also don’t want to be trapped in them, it’s a balance like everything is in this life! But you always need to trust your feelings, always. I love this video, I knew as soon as I finished it, it would be my lead single. I think it brings everything together so nicely. 5. Passion – 1:42
Making Passion felt like old times. Even though I wrote it first and then designed it, it felt exactly like how I felt making all the videos for IMAGINE + REALITY. I got very good at the special effects here, so you’ll notice them a lot! This year is a year that I feel like not many dreams have got to come true, so I am so so so grateful that one of my dreams came true. I always dreamt of having a blog, a website so, to now have it feels kind of surreal. Through my blog, I’ve realized that my purpose for right now, is to help raise the vibrational frequency of this planet through love, light, words, and truth. So, this video came easily, maybe that’s why that video-making feeling came back to me here! I didn’t title this video purpose because passion is purpose. Sometimes the word purpose can feel daunting or I don’t know, like scary because you may not know your purpose yet and that is ok. We all have a passion, if you take the real reason of why you love your passion, then you’ll find your purpose. I love this video because the music is so funky and fun, it’s kind of different from the rest! 6. 20 Questions – 2:12
I was watching some of my older videos and I had this idea to do a riff off the game, 20 Questions and make a video about 20 spiritual questions. At this point, I’d made Passion earlier in the day and In Sync the day before so I was really really in the zone. I didn’t write this video down first, I made the video all at once. I had a clear vision for this video and I’m glad to say it came to reality exactly the way I wanted it to. I love how on the last slide, the question is, Are You Fearless And Free? It ties in my website so well because the image is my icon for the website. You know I had to build up the music for that slide too! š The song though, it’s really good, I like how it goes slow, fast, slow, fast. Again, the effects really make the words pop. These questions have so much power and I think if you answer each of them honestly, it is a really good analysis of where you’re at. Of course, there is no right or wrong, wherever you are on your journey is meant to be. This is probably one of my favorite videos I’ve ever made. 7. Empower – 1:57
Empower is a video meant to empower and inspire you!! We are living in a world that is trying to lower you frequency, trying to bring fear into your being and trying to trying to make you small. This video is to remind you how much power you actually have, because sometimes even our own little mind’s will try to convince us otherwise. I wrote this video late at night and three lines down, I decided the whole video would be about all that we are each capable of. Could you imagine if we all always remembered all of our power and then harnessed it, came together and became united in fighting for true freedom? There are some really cool backgrounds in this video that really elevate this video. The song is so good, the title “Praying For Love” seems so applicable to this video. 8. Hello Future – 1:43
This video’s theme is ascension and truth. I wrote this video in my journal right after I wrote Empower. I think the future is very unknown but, what I do know is that if we start imagining the future we want, it will be reality. Ascension has so many different views and opinions and I didn’t want this video to just be my my beliefs on what ascension could be, because that would just be creating more division and uncertainty. This video is to assure you ascension is coming and soon we will rise, but for now, you’ve got to shine, raise your frequency, follow your heart and trust yourself. I think sometimes when we think of trust, we think of trust in others and forget how important it is to fully trust ourselves. Again, the song title “If I Change” is very applicable to this video because if you change, you’ll meet ascension. Change should be your really good friend by now, and if it isn’t that’s ok, we could all use a friend and let me tell you, change is a good one. š 9. Trust – 1:53
Trust flows so nicely from Hello Future. There’s a slide in Hello Future, “Trust You Through and Through” and I knew when I wrote that slide that I could jump off of it and make a whole video about it. Trust is a tough one, the circle of people I fully trust is very tight and after all the lessons I’ve learned with trust, I wouldn’t want it any other way. I remember very clearly, there was a day I was writing an article about trusting the Universe and that night I said out loud, “I trust you.” It felt so freeing and like a weight off my shoulders. In a way, it kind of changed my life. In any situation I’m in now, I always sit back and remember there is a reason for it and that I trust the Universe no matter what. The purpose of this video is to encourage you to trust yourself because one, you deserve it and two, you are the Universe. 10. Being – 1:53
I actually wrote Being before I wrote trust, I was thinking of writing a post about being. For some reason being was on my heart a lot so, I decided to make a video about it. I think when we are so comfortable with who we are and when we know every piece of our heart, soul and mind being comes naturally. There’s a certain feeling when it comes to being, the only way I can describe it is like divine peace. You just sit in this knowing that you love who you are and no one or nothing will change that. I remember in writing this video how excited I got when I realized the word BE was in believe. I don’t know why I hadn’t seen it before, but it became so clear to me. You can’t believe in yourself if you aren’t being yourself. I think this video is simple but also complex; a paradox. I think it is powerful to know that we have so much power that if we just change ourselves, the situation outside of you that you want to change will change, because our perception shapes our vision. 11. When I was deciding on the name for this album it was between, Alive or Freedom. Obviously, I went with FREEDOM, but I knew that I would definitely make a video about being truly alive, because when you are really alive, you are free. Alive is the perfect ending to this album, I think it encompasses all the videos so well. There really is a difference in living vs. really living with each day with gratitude, love, light and freedom. My hope with this video is to inspire you to change your perception, to ignite that fire inside of you and to really Live! After I made this video, FREEDOM felt so complete. I wrote Trust, Being and Alive in one night and the next day I designed all of them. I was sad to be done with this album but I was also so ready to see the final project and it really does feel so complete, alive and free. FREEDOM, thank your for being my album #2. You really have inspired me and you’ll have a special place in my heart forever! I’m excited to see the impact you make in this world!! Thank you so much for watching!!!
