He stood inside looking out the window, the voices behind him started to fade away and his eyes started to journey. The river outside drew his attention, the trees swirled in the wind like his emotions, the layers of the blooming flowers opened like his heart, the chirping of the hummingbirds made his ears smile and the tranquility of the energy that encased all of this beauty set his soul on fire. He shut his eyes, taking in the beauty and sealing it all with a smile. When he opened his eyes, it was all gone, like it was a beautiful dream he had just woken up from. The voices behind him came back to life, and time brought him back to the actual moment. He knew the scene he created in his mind, was the magic only he saw, but to him it was as if he lived every moment of his dream. He took a deep breath and with a hop and skip he entered back into the conversation, his energy fully recharged, his mind completely clear and his spirit fully alive. Remembering The Light is finally out and available to you!! I am so excited to be releasing it and sharing it with all of you. I pondered the idea of putting it out chapter by chapter, but I figured it would be better if you had the complete story all in one. I’ve made a new page on my website called Projects (I’ll link it below), this page will have IMAGINE + REALITY (my debut album) and this story in it so you will always have access to them. A (me): How am I really doing?
U (Universe): Your aura is very close to you, you guard it well. Your energy is almost on top of you, you keep it close and you’re very in touch with it. But you need to let go, not as in letting go of fear, but just letting go, in a good way.
A: Are you saying, like spread my wings?
U: Yes, yes. Stay in touch with your energy and we like how protective you are of it, but unleash it for the whole world to see.
A: Who’s we?
U: The Infinite Universe, you.
A: Do you have any advice for me in the next coming days/weeks?
U: Don’t apologize or be hard on yourself for how you feel. Step into your trust, more than trust have faith. Have faith in timing, in this voice we are coming to you in and your gut. BE, be comfortable, not in the moment, but in the period of patience. There’s beauty in patience, when you can connect with the peace and tranquility inside of yourself that has utter faith in what is to come then that other voice that occasionally visits will completely go away.
A: I have some questions.
U: Ask away.
A: When you say don’t apologize or be hard on myself for how I feel, do you mean that I’m doing that currently or that I will be in the future?
U: The perfectionist in you occasionally teams up with your little voice and twists you being in touch with your feelings to why am I feeling this way. Do you see? It’s as if on occasion, you form opinions on your own feelings. Well, you don’t form those opinions but sub consciously your little mind does and when you give it space it changes those feelings, those feelings are your guides. Without them, you lose your connection.
A: I see. It seems like my little voice is sort of active.
U: Just a little bit. It isn’t as visible now, and we think when you hear it or feel it you are doing a better job at letting its power go. But we are just here to remind you that is has no truth or authenticity to its voice. It will trigger you and that trigger is great practice for you to not attach yourself onto energy. You see, we encourage you to keep your aura guarded and protective and you’re good at that, but you need to know when to let go. It’s that balance, like you step into letting go, step out to protect yourself. You need to master those steps. The trigger of your little voice can help you practice that, your little voice is not bad or negative and we’re not saying it is evil or wrong. That voice encourages growth, it just doesn’t deserve your power.
A: I understand. Thank you, I really feel those words you just spoke.
U: Don’t thank us, thank you because you are us. You give us the microphone and we just speak the words you already know.
A: (Smiles) That makes sense. One last thing.
U: Go ahead.
A: Dreams, they haven’t been as clear and they don’t stay long in my mind. Is there anything you’re trying to show me?
U: Always. The dreams aren’t staying in your head because that is the message we are trying to show you. Don’t see the dream and analyze it, feel the dream and interpret it. The difference, because we know you’ll ask what it is, is that your eyes are controlled by your mind. Again, your mind is so powerful and we’re not at all saying it is negative, but it is unnecessary for you to analyze them in that way anymore. Last year, when we started giving you the power to connect your dreams with your life you couldn’t feel them, you could only see them and form opinions about it in the mind. You formed good opinions and connected the right dots but you can do more, better now. Instead of seeing them, you need to feel them. When you wake up out of one, don’t think. Push all thoughts away and speak with your gut through your heart and your feelings. Once you know how you feel, then you’ll know the message we’re showing you.
A: So you did upgrade me or give me some power about dreams last year? I thought you did, but I never fully knew because it was so weird how all the sudden they started coming so real and so perfect for my life.
U: Yes, we did. You were ready, when you let go of that last thing in your life bringing you fear we could easily provide you with the love and the power you needed to get you to believe in us. We know you didn’t trust us yet, we know you saw us but we needed something for you to trust us and the dreams were how we did that. Because once you started trusting us, you could see that your life was really the same as the dreams with the same messages and signs.
A: Thank you, and myself. (Smiles). This was really helpful.
U: Anytime, we’re always here, it just takes your heart to open to courage for us to activate.
I’ve been having conversations with my higher self, the Infinite Universe. When I first got my pendulum, I asked it tons of questions and thought I could only connect to the Universe through it and my dreams. But there was a day I realized that the pendulum was just my higher self answering. So, recently I started just asking questions in my head and then this voice would come and answer. This voice sounds so peaceful, loving and powerful, like it knows who it is at it’s core. Of course it knows itself, because it is the Universe. It used to take me days to get an answer to my question, but now I’ll ask something and I get an answer in seconds. These conversations I’m having with my higher self (again, the voice says it’s the Infinite Universe, me) are so comforting and magical. I seriously feel so at peace and a tad giddy because it is just so cool!
This was the first time I asked to have the conversation through writing and it came through me in that way. I’ve read it many times now and I didn’t edit any of the grammar or anything because, I mean, it’s the Infinite Universe, I’m not going to edit its words. 😂 But seriously, I just didn’t feel it was right. I hope this conversation helps you connect the dots on your journey and encourages you to talk to your higher self. Just start by asking a question and ask to get an answer in the next couple days, trust me, you will know when you get your answer. That voice is the purest you and deep down you know it so so well. There are a lot of heavy energies in the world right now, I feel them and I see them. Energy, vibration and frequency are all one. Together, they are extremely powerful and we all have the ability to feel them, some more than others and this can be very overwhelming. But that is our choice, it is ok to have some low moments and to feel the downs, but we always have a choice to to emerge and to reconnect with love and the peace within it.
2020, I truly believe has helped us become more in touch with ourselves, our thoughts, our emotions and our beliefs and that is a beautiful thing. No matter what those thoughts, beliefs or emotions are, I think we can all agree that we know ourselves better. When you know your true self you know your feelings, your heart, your higher self, your intuition and your mind which brings you more in touch with the Universe. I think patience is becoming harder and harder for all of us and that is completely understandable, but impatience causes so much anxiety and fear. I caught myself a few times in the past couple days worrying about the future or certain things outside of my control and I brought myself back to the moment, blocked out my little mind trying to keep me in a tunnel of thinking and reconnected with what and who I love. Impatience is natural, but what needs to be more natural is trusting the Universe. When you trust the Universe, you trust yourself and you trust that your journey is exactly meant to be for you. (Little hint, your journey is perfect and everything in your life has a reason. The Universe is always loving and supporting you because you are it and it is you 💜).
So, with the heavy energy and maybe you’re feeling a little low, I encourage you to reconnect with what you love, who you love, and the love you have for and within yourself. Do the things that bring you joy and that make you feel great, surround yourself with the people that lift you up and that inspire you to be better versions of yourself and tap into your higher self and let it be the only voice in your head. When you are doing what you love, your mind, your little mind, turns off and even the real voice in there quiets down, because your passion is your purpose and thinking isn’t necessary. Your heart, your soul and your intuition take over because you are living your purpose and that purpose makes you full, complete, free and alive. That frequency of doing what you love and fulfilling your purpose is the highest frequency alive, it’s the frequency of love and your mind will never get in the way of that energy. It is too powerful.
So, with all that being said, below are some things that I love to do, that bring me joy and that turn off my head. My purpose for right now is to help raise the vibrational frequency of the planet and to give you the gift the Universe gave me, to truly be the fearless and free soul that you most definitely are.
Poetry is just a part of who I am, I fell in love with poetry the moment I started writing my first poem. Dreams are adventures I look forward to every night, I’ve written so much about them and through dreams I’ve learned so so much. This poem came pretty easily because when I combine two things I love, the words just write themselves. If you know me, you know making videos is one of my favorite things to do! I discovered video-making just a few short months ago and I’ve dived into it. The process of making a video and the zone you get into is unlike anything else. This is my favorite video from my debut album IMAGINE + REALITY. It is called Leap and it’s about relationships and connection, which for some reason, is one of my favorite things to create and write about. It was very tempting to put a new video in this article, because, psst, a little secret, I’ve been working on something big that includes new videos! Soon, you’ll know what that something I’m working on is. 😁 
I love to create and to encourage you to strengthen your relationship with the Universe, you. So, making quotes and images like this comes so naturally to me. Cooking (always vegan of course 😁) is one of my favorite things to do. It is almost therapeutic and in a world where immediate results aren’t a common thing, cooking is so fulfilling in that way. It feels good to feed your body and soul really good, tasty and healthy food that will help you thrive! I made this video a little while back, this meal was so fun and exhausting to make. 🤪 I had this idea to do around the world tapas and I made that idea reality within hours! 
I love music, so much. It brings me peace of mind, it helps me get in touch with my feelings and it comforts me in the tough moments. I especially love lyrics, and this image I created has a few of my favorites right now. When music is on, I am creating and my mind is off. I very much love writing, so writing this article and creating everything in it was incredibly fun, peaceful and soothing to me! It is truly amazing when you do what you love how much your vibration raises. I hope this article helps you on your journey!! Perception, there is so much meaning within that word. With perception comes choice, vision and your higher self; your perception creates your entire reality and in every single second you are choosing your perception. Our mind has such a valuable role in how we see the world, how we see others and how we see ourselves. When you let go of your little mind’s opinions and views, then you can truly see the miracles within and around you, even in the toughest moments. Our thoughts create our perception, our perception creates our vision, our vision (just perception) creates our reality.
So think about it, without your mind what would your eyes really see? Our mind drives our vision, you might not feel or hear the thought, but subconsciously, that thought is creating what you see with your eyes. For example, you could look at a crystal, when you look at it your mind registers it as a crystal, then it figures out its color and then your mind forms its opinion about the crystal. I’m not at all saying your mind is bad or that this process of seeing something is negative, your true mind is so powerful and when you are tapped into it, literal magic is possible. What you do need to let go of, is the other voice, the little mind that negatively effects your thinking and your vision. Your higher self, it’s not going to tell you all the cheery and positive things, it will when it is necessary, but it will ALWAYS show you the truth because your higher self is the real you, always loving and supporting you, it is the Universe. So, when you are looking at something (always 😁) put on your higher self glasses and look through that lens, not the lens of your little mind. With your higher self, you’ll really be seeing.
With vision, there is choice. You have a choice on what you choose to look at, what you choose to be your perception. Choice is something I think we sometimes take for granted, it seems like such a simple thing, but when you dive into it and the bigger picture of choice, it is so so powerful. For example, you’re in a park and you’re looking at this beautiful tree and enjoying the clean, crisp air. But, in the back of your mind, you’re consumed by this nagging project you must complete by the end of the day and you are truly dreading it. Here’s the thing, you could choose to enjoy the nature and the peace, you could choose to focus on the dread of the project, you could choose to focus on the fact that you’ll be done with the project at the end of the day or you could choose to focus on the gratitude that you have something to do and that even though you dread it, you are more than capable of doing it. Then when you choose what you want to focus on, that thought will expand and create more of itself, because whatever you are thinking about expands and becomes reality.
This applies for every single thing in this life and beyond. It especially applies for the people in your life or maybe just the people you come across. When you look at someone, you never ever know what anyone is going through, where they are at in their journey or who they are growing to become. We all have different perceptions and that is a beautiful thing, if we all had the same perception, we’d be living the same lives, with the same thoughts and the same feelings. Essentially, we’d be robots. So, I choose and I encourage you to choose to focus on the beauty within the different perceptions of us all. We are all connected and the very least we can do is respect each other’s soul, respect each other’s journey, respect each other’s opinions, and be the love and light that truly wishes each soul well. No matter if you are mad at that soul, or hurt by that soul, you never ever regret kindness and love. Love is what we all crave, what we are all made of and spreading it is receiving it. Let your heart take over your little mind and master that balance of truth and love, that is when your perception becomes your dreams.

The tree sighed, but to the outside it looked as if it swayed in the misty wind. The tree reground its roots and tapped into its connection to the soil, the sun, the emotions of the sky and the gentle touch of any creature who visited it. The tree looked down at the distracted, and somewhat lost beings of Earth. The tree shook off the energy, but yet again to the outside world it just looked like the wind brushing off its leaves. But this girl was different, the rectangle in everyone’s hands that kept people out of touch, was nowhere to be found with this girl. Her smile showed the colors of her soul and her eyes showed the curiosity of her heart. The tree smiled back at her, to most it may have looked like it lost some leaves, but to this girl, she could truly see the tree. She placed one hand on its tough, prickly bark; she closed her eyes, let her soul consume her body, let the fire inside her burn brighter and she tapped into the part of her that was connected to this tree, the Universe.
The tree felt her spirit and spoke, “Sunlight Energy.” The tree could give this girl guidance and advice on her journey, but the tree wasn’t going to spell it out, that was her journey. The tree took in the final breath of her aura and thanked her for the moments of peace they had together. It knew that she understood, just as the tree understood.
The girl opened her eyes, and breathed in the crisp, clean energy that engulfed this tree. She thanked it for its message and the moments of peace they had together. She smiled at the sky; her soul felt at peace, her mind at ease, and her heart felt supported and loved. Now, it was time to spread her sunlight energy.

Now more than ever, it is so important to know your soul. I wrote this poem and posted it on a different platform a long time ago. I reread it today and it was really good reminder for me. I encourage you to sit with your soul and spend some time with it, there is nothing that could be more important. If someone doesn’t see you for who your soul really is, don’t blame yourself and don’t take it personally. You’re soul is unique, beautiful and full of so much love; if someone can’t see that, that’s on them not you. See you for who you really are and don’t accept anything less from anyone else.
THIS SOUL
There was a soul, young and alive
This soul traveled dimensions through time and space
This soul didn’t understand
The constructs and rules
Of this society
This soul lived in its mind
And some days that was comfortable
And other days it wanted to run
This soul knows everything is
Meant to be
This soul craves connection

In March, he started to sense something wasn’t right. The world was shutting down before his eyes, the people were blindly taking orders but yet, all humans were supposedly free. The simple thought crossed his mind, “If we have freedom, why are there mandatory rules we have to follow?”
Then it hit him, this world, this “freedom, was all a game and a lie.” A deep lie full of twists and turns, ups and downs and more lies within the lie. He journeyed through a tunnel of truth and darkness which lead to his awakening. The tunnel was scary at first, but once he accepted the fundamental fact that he’d been lied to by dark dark entities since the day he was born, then the tunnel was, in a way, freeing.
When he emerged out of the tunnel he found himself in the light. Sure, he had days where it felt like he was stuck in a dark night of the soul, but he always tapped back into the light he’d found within himself. The tunnel showed him that he was full of so much light, he wasn’t just full of it, he was the light. When he was in the tunnel and starting to awaken, he promised himself to shine his light for he realized just how powerful the light is. The light illuminates all darkness and diminishes it, he realized that without the light no one could wake up to see the truth; that made him so grateful for the light that filled the Universe.
It was now November, the fire inside of him was alive and his light illuminated not only more truth but it illuminated who he was at the core of his being and the people who had that same light within them. He knew that everyone was the light, but only a few were in touch with it. As grateful as he was for those few who were in tune with their light and shined it so so bright, he also knew it was his mission to help others feel their own light. Maybe not through a tunnel, he thought he could be someone’s tunnel. That tunnel he journeyed through, to some might have been scary, but to him it changed his life for the better and he would forever be grateful. The truth set him free and his light on fire, this flaming light inside of his being, took him to ascension.
