Colors dancing in the wind, some vivid, others blurry. Bright and alive, blue makes me smile bringing back memories of the waves in my journey. Red, so vibrant but reminding me of people who use power in backwards ways. Purple always lets me feel emotion, connecting me to the depths of my intuition. Yellow makes my soul flow with joy and flashes of the grand sun charge me with energy. Green makes me grateful for Gaia and all the trees that hug me daily. Pink calls to my heart, but, my eyes see its hues in the sunsets. Black brings me comfort in knowing all shades are within me, while white brings its clean, classic and elegant aura. I’m sure there are many more I have not yet seen.
All the colors my eyes present bring a peace to my being and a joy to my mind. Sometimes, the simple things make the biggest leaps.

Acing The Kitchen is finally available to you!!! So, basically, it is an album full of cooking videos. Yes, it is 100% vegan! I’ve also been eating sugar free for almost a year now, so all these recipes are sugar free! On occasion, you’ll see me use agave but it’s natural sugar and that is super good for you. I use organic ingredients as much as possible, it’s always better to eat chemical free food! I hope to show you in this virtual cookbook that vegan tastes amazing, and isn’t all salad. And sugar free, doesn’t mean disgusting, it means doing the best thing for your body without skimping on flavor. Cooking has always been a passion of mine, I love the flow and creative zone you get in while cooking! With that being said, I don’t often use measurements. I eyeball a lot of my ingredients and go with my gut, I think it is important to cook with preference of flavor rather than math! When you cook a lot, you kind of know intuitively the “right” amounts; you can always add more but you can’t take away, that’s a good thing to remember if you’re new to cooking. Polenta has always been a favorite of mine! This is almost like a take on shrimp and grits, but instead with “sausage” and some of my own twists! The sweet lime reduction is so good and really makes the dish! This is a definite crowd pleaser, it serves four and it is a nice, hearty entree! This salad is so amazing! The dressing is, oh my god, phenomenal! It’s spicy but still tangy and it pairs perfectly with the crunch of all the vegetables! This salad is great for a fresh side or a satisfying lunch! Entree – My Signature Dish: Classic Power Bowls
So this recipe, was the first food video I’ve ever made! It’s also the first dish I made when I attempted cooking for the first time. In my family, it is my signature dish. I’ve made many variations of power bowls, but, this is the classic version! It is so good and like, the perfect meal! The tofu has a little kick, the vegetables are tangy and crispy and the tahini ties everything together! I know you’ll love it! Entree – Bahn Mi Sandwich
This sandwich is amazing! It is juicy, the tofu is flavorful and tender, the pickled veggies add the perfect tang and the aioli brings it all together. You have to try this sandwich!! Appetizer, Entree or Dessert – Around The World Tapas
This is one of my favorite videos aesthetically, it is such a fun video! I had this random idea to do around the world tapas because I knew it would make a great video, however, I did not realize how hard it would be to make all of this in one day! š I encourage you to try at least one of these recipes, out of all of them, the quesadilla was my favorite! Snack, Breakfast Or Dessert – Crispy Granola
I’ve been making this granola every 2 weeks for the past 6 months or so. It is so good and an amazing snack, breakfast, dessert or pre/post workout bite! I eat it plain or sometimes with almond milk. It is such an easy recipe that is so addicting! Side – Mustard Glazed Cauliflower & Chickpeas
This is one of my favorite ways to eat cauliflower, the sweet and tangy flavor of the mustard really elevates both the cauliflower and the chickpeas. This is the perfect side, packed with flavor and literally, addictive, you’ll always want more! Even my brother, who isn’t a cauliflower lover, loved this dish! Entree or Soup – Red Lentil Stew
This stew is fairly simple to make, but so so delicious and comforting. I served it over white rice, but you can do whatever you like; the rice makes it a bit more filling. The cumin really adds a nice depth of flavor, don’t skimp on it!! This is the perfect winter or rainy day meal, you need to try it! Side – Easy Lemon Garlic Green Beans
These green beans are SO easy to make, but so refreshing and tasty! There are never any leftovers when it comes to these green beans, they are too good!! It is truly incredible these green beans are for how little effort it takes! Drink – Whipped Coffee
Calling all coffee lovers!! This is truly amazing! It is so fun to watch the process and it tastes SOOOOOO good!! I promise, once you make it the first time, it will definitely not be your last!! Entree or Soup – Authentic Ramen
This recipe is so good! This warming bowl of comfort soothes your soul and tastebuds, I absolutely love it!! I personally hate instant ramen and my friend was really upset by this. š So, he convinced me to make my own version of authentic, real ramen. He was super impressed by this recipe and I hope you are too! The broth is key, let it simmer for as long as you can. Side or Lunch or Salad – Roasted Veggie Salad With Tahini Green Goddess Dressing
This dish is SOOOO amazing!!! I could eat it everyday. This recipe is super flexible, you can use whatever veggies you have on had. The dressing will literally be your new favorite dressing. I’m telling you, it is too good!! This recipe is definitely worth a try, you won’t have any leftovers! Entree – “Cheesy” Tomato + Basil Pasta
This pasta recipe is fairly simple and so tasty!! The basil really ties everything together. This is a perfect meal for a weeknight treat or a dinner party showstopper! Entree – “Sausage” + White Bean Cassoulet
This recipe is fairly quick and so delicious! I highly recommend it. I obviously used vegan sausage but you can use whatever you like, you could even omit it and double up on beans instead. It’s fun to change it up and serve it with rice, or polenta, or just by itself! The breadcrumb on this adds the perfect crunch, this is such a complete dish and only 10 ingredients! Side or Salad – Panzanella Salad
Panzanella Salad is a classic Italian dish that is super underrated. The balsamic adds the perfect acidity, the basil ties everything together, the pop of sweetness from the tomatoes is just wow and the crunchy chunks of bread sops up all the flavor! It’s just a divine side dish you have to try! Entree or Side or Appetizer – Chickpea Fritters
Chickpea fritters are a family favorite in my house, My brother especially loves them! They’re crispy and tender and the sauce ties everything together. These fritters are fairly easy to make and so addictive, you’ll always want more! I so encourage you to make them, it’s definitely worth it!!!! Salad or Side or Lunch – Thai Peanut Salad
This salad is amazing, it’s crunchy and hearty, perfect for a meal or a side! The dressing is the best part, creamy and tangy with that salty and spicy kick at the end! Ace – I was talking to my mom, and this just came out! šSo, to take that quote quite literally, today’s post is all about taking your mind to a new dream, away from the dream we’re all living. Each of our dreams are different, each of our realities are different. But, I think we can all agree on something, a little escape is needed at times. I promise you that I will continue to fulfill my mission of raising the frequency and creating a magical space to let your soul and your mind rest, I promise!

She closed her eyes, but opened her ears. The silence was comforting, but the gentle whisper of air let her eyes wander. Her mind went to sleep, exactly how she liked it. Her soul, however, started to roar. And when her soul roared, her intuition awakened. This tingle in her gut spread to her whole being creating a twinkle in her eyes. Her vision was clear, she saw a big, strong tree with large roots and leaves that danced in the wind. Behind it was the sun, illuminating its energy and creating the dreamy aura that engulfed this tree. She was then shown a baby tree, small little roots and baby leaves just starting to emerge. But behind this vision, the starry night lit the tree up. The sparkle in the stars and the comfort of blue, charged this baby tree with the force of life. Then the visions started flashing, baby tree then big tree over and over again. Her intuition delicately whispered, “Ground, you’re ready to grow.”
A Little Message To You
My fellow souls, this journey is quite a ride. Love, is the only constant. The power is all in you to create the bubble of reality you wish to live in. I practice throughout the day, imaging a little bubble keeping my energy close and protecting me from the outside world’s reality. Life is lived in the moments you choose to truly be yourself, not the moments that are about you. Time is non existent, our minds create this time loop. Open your mind, heart and eyes; the Universe has so many plans for you! Let light take over your being and electrify your soul. I believe in you and send you so much love!! As I start to write this, I feel so grateful to the Universe and so connected to the love frequency. I’ve finally made it to Sedona, the vacation spot I’ve been dreaming about visiting for months!!! As cold as it is here š¤Ŗ, the change of scenery is much needed after having been nowhere this year. The energy here is so calm and refreshing; I feel as though this spot exists out of time and in a slightly different reality.
The Universe is seriously incredible, I know in a way I’m saying I’m incredible, because I AM (we all are) the Universe š but, I don’t mean it that way. There seems to be this magical force that’s been following me around since a few days before the solstice; thoughts, manifestations and dreams have been becoming reality so quickly. I feel like all those days I told myself to keep trusting the Universe and all my wishes would come true someday, have been so totally worth it. I think it is important to be vulnerable and raw about the tough moments, and to savor the high moments when they come. That’s what this post is about; this magical twinkle that has touched my aura, is something I feel so blessed to share.

There are a lot of heavy energies in the world right now, I feel them and I see them. Energy, vibration and frequency are all one. Together, they are extremely powerful and we all have the ability to feel them, some more than others and this can be very overwhelming. But that is our choice, it is ok to have some low moments and to feel the downs, but we always have a choice to to emerge and to reconnect with love and the peace within it.
2020, I truly believe has helped us become more in touch with ourselves, our thoughts, our emotions and our beliefs and that is a beautiful thing. No matter what those thoughts, beliefs or emotions are, I think we can all agree that we know ourselves better. When you know your true self you know your feelings, your heart, your higher self, your intuition and your mind which brings you more in touch with the Universe. I think patience is becoming harder and harder for all of us and that is completely understandable, but impatience causes so much anxiety and fear. I caught myself a few times in the past couple days worrying about the future or certain things outside of my control and I brought myself back to the moment, blocked out my little mind trying to keep me in a tunnel of thinking and reconnected with what and who I love. Impatience is natural, but what needs to be more natural is trusting the Universe. When you trust the Universe, you trust yourself and you trust that your journey is exactly meant to be for you. (Little hint, your journey is perfect and everything in your life has a reason. The Universe is always loving and supporting you because you are it and it is you š).
So, with the heavy energy and maybe you’re feeling a little low, I encourage you to reconnect with what you love, who you love, and the love you have for and within yourself. Do the things that bring you joy and that make you feel great, surround yourself with the people that lift you up and that inspire you to be better versions of yourself and tap into your higher self and let it be the only voice in your head. When you are doing what you love, your mind, your little mind, turns off and even the real voice in there quiets down, because your passion is your purpose and thinking isn’t necessary. Your heart, your soul and your intuition take over because you are living your purpose and that purpose makes you full, complete, free and alive. That frequency of doing what you love and fulfilling your purpose is the highest frequency alive, it’s the frequency of love and your mind will never get in the way of that energy. It is too powerful.
So, with all that being said, below are some things that I love to do, that bring me joy and that turn off my head. My purpose for right now is to help raise the vibrational frequency of the planet and to give you the gift the Universe gave me, to truly be the fearless and free soul that you most definitely are.
Poetry is just a part of who I am, I fell in love with poetry the moment I started writing my first poem. Dreams are adventures I look forward to every night, I’ve written so much about them and through dreams I’ve learned so so much. This poem came pretty easily because when I combine two things I love, the words just write themselves. If you know me, you know making videos is one of my favorite things to do! I discovered video-making just a few short months ago and I’ve dived into it. The process of making a video and the zone you get into is unlike anything else. This is my favorite video from my debut album IMAGINE + REALITY. It is called Leap and it’s about relationships and connection, which for some reason, is one of my favorite things to create and write about. It was very tempting to put a new video in this article, because, psst, a little secret, I’ve been working on something big that includes new videos! Soon, you’ll know what that something I’m working on is. š 
I love to create and to encourage you to strengthen your relationship with the Universe, you. So, making quotes and images like this comes so naturally to me. Cooking (always vegan of course š) is one of my favorite things to do. It is almost therapeutic and in a world where immediate results aren’t a common thing, cooking is so fulfilling in that way. It feels good to feed your body and soul really good, tasty and healthy food that will help you thrive! I made this video a little while back, this meal was so fun and exhausting to make. š¤Ŗ I had this idea to do around the world tapas and I made that idea reality within hours! 
I love music, so much. It brings me peace of mind, it helps me get in touch with my feelings and it comforts me in the tough moments. I especially love lyrics, and this image I created has a few of my favorites right now. When music is on, I am creating and my mind is off. I very much love writing, so writing this article and creating everything in it was incredibly fun, peaceful and soothing to me! It is truly amazing when you do what you love how much your vibration raises. I hope this article helps you on your journey!! Now more than ever, it is so important to know your soul. I wrote this poem and posted it on a different platform a long time ago. I reread it today and it was really good reminder for me. I encourage you to sit with your soul and spend some time with it, there is nothing that could be more important. If someone doesn’t see you for who your soul really is, don’t blame yourself and don’t take it personally. You’re soul is unique, beautiful and full of so much love; if someone can’t see that, that’s on them not you. See you for who you really are and don’t accept anything less from anyone else.
THIS SOUL
There was a soul, young and aliveĀ
This soul traveled dimensions through time and space

Dear Frequency:
I see you taking up the room, I see you in each person’s aura, I see you like the invisible person in the room, I see you removing things and people who don’t match my frequency and I see you in me. I feel your presence more than I’ve ever felt and in a way, you’re kind of changing my life.
Words mean so much to me, words are my friends and my feelings. Words are the voice of my heart, just writing my heart straight on paper. But you, you make those words alive. Someone could be talking to me saying one thing, but when I focus on you I can see what they’re truly saying. I can see when I’m writing that all the words would just be words without putting you in each word. As strongly as I feel you in my words, I can tell others feel you too and that makes me feel like you are the strongest being on this planet.
I always knew you were there, I just didn’t know how much you were and how powerful you are. Thank you for removing all the other versions of you that don’t match, I know you are the Universe and every where I look I see the signs you’re giving me and the waves in which you come.
Every word I write, speak and read, every person I meet, every place I go, every song I listen to, every connection I make, every action I take and every thing my eyes meet I see you. I see your strength and your power. My heart and soul appreciate you with love, it is the strongest force in this world which I’m sure you know. I also appreciate the lower versions of you for it teaches me to rise and emerge out of those and to always come back to love. I know my intuition and you have a strong connection and I know together, you’ve strengthened the way in which I feel things deeply.
Anyways, I wanted you to know that I see you and I feel you. My purpose is within you and I am grateful for my newfound vision when it comes to you. I would ask you to bring only the best versions of you to me but I know you and I are already working on that together. I send the best of you to all of the humans who can feel it. I’ll be spreading, seeing and feeling you forever! Here’s to the rest of our journey!

In March, he started to sense something wasn’t right. The world was shutting down before his eyes, the people were blindly taking orders but yet, all humans were supposedly free. The simple thought crossed his mind, “If we have freedom, why are there mandatory rules we have to follow?”
Then it hit him, this world, this “freedom, was all a game and a lie.” A deep lie full of twists and turns, ups and downs and more lies within the lie. He journeyed through a tunnel of truth and darkness which lead to his awakening. The tunnel was scary at first, but once he accepted the fundamental fact that he’d been lied to by dark dark entities since the day he was born, then the tunnel was, in a way, freeing.
When he emerged out of the tunnel he found himself in the light. Sure, he had days where it felt like he was stuck in a dark night of the soul, but he always tapped back into the light he’d found within himself. The tunnel showed him that he was full of so much light, he wasn’t just full of it, he was the light. When he was in the tunnel and starting to awaken, he promised himself to shine his light for he realized just how powerful the light is. The light illuminates all darkness and diminishes it, he realized that without the light no one could wake up to see the truth; that made him so grateful for the light that filled the Universe.
It was now November, the fire inside of him was alive and his light illuminated not only more truth but it illuminated who he was at the core of his being and the people who had that same light within them. He knew that everyone was the light, but only a few were in touch with it. As grateful as he was for those few who were in tune with their light and shined it so so bright, he also knew it was his mission to help others feel their own light. Maybe not through a tunnel, he thought he could be someone’s tunnel. That tunnel he journeyed through, to some might have been scary, but to him it changed his life for the better and he would forever be grateful. The truth set him free and his light on fire, this flaming light inside of his being, took him to ascension.
