Now more than ever, it is so important to know your soul. I wrote this poem and posted it on a different platform a long time ago. I reread it today and it was really good reminder for me. I encourage you to sit with your soul and spend some time with it, there is nothing that could be more important. If someone doesn’t see you for who your soul really is, don’t blame yourself and don’t take it personally. You’re soul is unique, beautiful and full of so much love; if someone can’t see that, that’s on them not you. See you for who you really are and don’t accept anything less from anyone else.
THIS SOUL

I see you taking up the room, I see you in each person’s aura, I see you like the invisible person in the room, I see you removing things and people who don’t match my frequency and I see you in me. I feel your presence more than I’ve ever felt and in a way, you’re kind of changing my life.
Words mean so much to me, words are my friends and my feelings. Words are the voice of my heart, just writing my heart straight on paper. But you, you make those words alive. Someone could be talking to me saying one thing, but when I focus on you I can see what they’re truly saying. I can see when I’m writing that all the words would just be words without putting you in each word. As strongly as I feel you in my words, I can tell others feel you too and that makes me feel like you are the strongest being on this planet.
I always knew you were there, I just didn’t know how much you were and how powerful you are. Thank you for removing all the other versions of you that don’t match, I know you are the Universe and every where I look I see the signs you’re giving me and the waves in which you come.
Every word I write, speak and read, every person I meet, every place I go, every song I listen to, every connection I make, every action I take and every thing my eyes meet I see you. I see your strength and your power. My heart and soul appreciate you with love, it is the strongest force in this world which I’m sure you know. I also appreciate the lower versions of you for it teaches me to rise and emerge out of those and to always come back to love. I know my intuition and you have a strong connection and I know together, you’ve strengthened the way in which I feel things deeply.
Anyways, I wanted you to know that I see you and I feel you. My purpose is within you and I am grateful for my newfound vision when it comes to you. I would ask you to bring only the best versions of you to me but I know you and I are already working on that together. I send the best of you to all of the humans who can feel it. I’ll be spreading, seeing and feeling you forever! Here’s to the rest of our journey!
In March, he started to sense something wasn’t right. The world was shutting down before his eyes, the people were blindly taking orders but yet, all humans were supposedly free. The simple thought crossed his mind, “If we have freedom, why are there mandatory rules we have to follow?”
Then it hit him, this world, this “freedom, was all a game and a lie.” A deep lie full of twists and turns, ups and downs and more lies within the lie. He journeyed through a tunnel of truth and darkness which lead to his awakening. The tunnel was scary at first, but once he accepted the fundamental fact that he’d been lied to by dark dark entities since the day he was born, then the tunnel was, in a way, freeing.
When he emerged out of the tunnel he found himself in the light. Sure, he had days where it felt like he was stuck in a dark night of the soul, but he always tapped back into the light he’d found within himself. The tunnel showed him that he was full of so much light, he wasn’t just full of it, he was the light. When he was in the tunnel and starting to awaken, he promised himself to shine his light for he realized just how powerful the light is. The light illuminates all darkness and diminishes it, he realized that without the light no one could wake up to see the truth; that made him so grateful for the light that filled the Universe.
It was now November, the fire inside of him was alive and his light illuminated not only more truth but it illuminated who he was at the core of his being and the people who had that same light within them. He knew that everyone was the light, but only a few were in touch with it. As grateful as he was for those few who were in tune with their light and shined it so so bright, he also knew it was his mission to help others feel their own light. Maybe not through a tunnel, he thought he could be someone’s tunnel. That tunnel he journeyed through, to some might have been scary, but to him it changed his life for the better and he would forever be grateful. The truth set him free and his light on fire, this flaming light inside of his being, took him to ascension.
She always dreamt of flying, yet she never thought it was possible. That was until she tapped into the depths of her soul, her unlimited power, the truth of her heart and the strength of her higher self. She could fly when she tapped into them, but she could soar when she harnessed all of them creating harmony in every ounce of her being. To continue to fly, all she had to do was remember that feeling for the rest of her days, and that would be easy for that feeling is one she’d never forget.
Our physical body consumes food and water; our soul, heart, and intuition consumes vibration, love, energy and light. Your soul, heart and intuition are the same thing, the Universe, but they speak in different ways. We are always feeding our soul, and it is our choice if we feed it junk or light in its highest form. And when I say soul, I mean your higher self, your heart and your intuition. Your soul can never be too full because your soul charges your physical body and beyond.
Energy is the language of the Universe and love is the law of the Universe. We are the Universe, we’re not just made of it, we are it. We are connected to infinite love, energy, power, strength and freedom; we just have to choose to tap into it.
Your energy is like a field always surrounding you. No matter where you go, what you’re doing or how you are feeling, your energy field will always be with you. When you vibrate high enough, your energy field becomes your superpower. You can use your field to protect yourself from negative energies, to manifest your reality, to meet people with the same energy field, and to unlock your full limitless potential. Think of your energy as a wave of light, balanced and strong while being bright enough to light up the world. Like the ocean – the ocean attracts us because the waves are like energy, somedays coming in strong and other days coming in calm. There are always waves, somedays the sun lights up the sea and other days it hides behind the clouds. Choose to be the sun that lights up your energy field.
I know when we listen to our hearts, we are feeding our soul and communicating with it. When you master that relationship of listening and talking to your soul, to the Universe, you become in touch with the true frequency of love and your unlimited power. Your heart, soul and definitely your intuition are always speaking to you. Your intuition speaks to you in feelings, your heart through love and your soul through the true voice that is the real you in your mind. All these things are your higher self speaking to you and guiding you through this life’s journey.
To hear your higher self more clearly and more often, you have to feed it really good things. Be the energy you wish to feel, spread what you wish to receive and feel and dream the reality you wish to exist in. Feed your soul love and the frequency of it, love is all there is. Love is what keeps us alive, without it we are soulless avatars, not the strong, powerful and light filled warriors that we truly are in our souls.
We all make mistakes and have our rough days and that is ok. Don’t beat yourself up about it, you may have fed your soul some junk but there is this thing called detoxing. Detox out the bad energy and darkness by cleaning up your vibration, resetting and coming back into love. Tap into your courage and belief and believe in your true self. Refuel your soul with love and recharge your energy field with light.
Once you feed your soul a lot of really good energy, love, light and high vibrations you’ll start to see all the signs around you and you’ll start to hear all the messages. I’ll ask my higher self questions throughout the day and when you practice it a lot, you start to hear that strong and kind voice that always answers you and is always speaking to you. But you can’t just listen, you’ve got to take that to the next step which is doing. Or else the Universe will kindly bang you over the head with it; for your benefit – of course. We all learn differently. 😁
If you’re living the reality you don’t want to be living in, if you’re wasting your time doing things that don’t make your soul complete, or if you’re in a relationship that no longer matches your energy field then let go. Listen to the call of your heart and let go of it. You will always know you are living your purpose and your dream reality when your soul feels complete. This sense of peace and freedom will come into every ounce of your being and engulf you. That is what we live for in this life. It is ok you haven’t felt this feeling yet, everyone’s journey is different and uniquely perfect for them. You have to trust in yourself, the Universe, that you are on the right track.
So, feed your soul, detox when you need to, then listen to your soul, heart, intuition, higher self and the Universe speak back to you. Once you get the message and feel it in your core, go do it. Do what makes your soul complete and free, there is nothing more important than that.

Today, in the US and even around the world, it’s a really big day. It’s election day and anything really can happen. There are a lot of energies in the world right now and a lot of division. I made this video as something to watch to charge your energy, an energy charge. It’s short, to the point and super upbeat. It’s really important today and in these next couple of days to raise your frequency, to protect your energy and to be kind to yourself. It’s funny, a few months ago I really thought this saying, “love yourself” was so cheesy and very self centered. 😂 So if you feel the same way right now, I get it. But let me assure you it is not a cheesy saying at all and it is definitely not selfish, it is actually the key to being your very best self. When you love yourself, you completely let go of all judgements you make on yourself and your little mind has no power or control over you. Whatever it says to make you feel small you just let it go and give it no attention or power. For me personally, I am very hard on myself. The hard part was recognizing when my little voice was speaking or when I was just being hard on myself because I do think having high but healthy expectations on yourself is really good. So like in all things awareness and recognition is the first step and once you get that down the rest kind of falls into place. To love yourself means to live fully from your higher self and your soul and to choose freedom because once you love yourself you truly become free.
There is a lot of fear in this world right now, how do you not give it power and not let it bring you down?
The frequency of love is always the answer. The frequency they want us to live in is fear and control and it is very strong. But I always say your thoughts create your reality. If you focus on that dark frequency then you’ll get more of it and you’ll be living in it. So you have to choose in every single moment to live in the frequency of love. It sounds daunting and hard to constantly choose the frequency you wish to live in but it really isn’t. Especially when your well being, soul and heart depend on the frequency of love, the highest vibration in the world. Every time that lower frequency tries to take you over replace your thoughts, recharge and focus on love. Your thoughts are really the key here, even subconsciously. Whatever you focus on expands, whatever is in your mind will be your reality. Be strong mentally and only focus on the things you want in your reality. You can always come back to love and light; if you’re ever feeling like you need something you need to give it to receive it. So give and spread the frequency of love and you’ll be filled with it.
Where do you think thoughts come from?
I love this question because I think there are so many answers to it. I have a few theories. Number one, the Universe for sure. We are the Universe and the Universe is so vast filled with so many different beings. Channeling is a real thing and we are multidimensional beings so I think maybe other beings plant certain thoughts in our head. This would make sense because there lots of beings who feed off darkness so if you have a negative thought it could just be some dark being trying to feed off your fear. It might sound crazy but at this point nothing sounds crazy to me. Number two, our higher selves for sure. I don’t know if I’m alone in this feeling but sometimes I’ll hear a voice in my head that is just so sure of itself, so powerful and so true. Like it sounds like me but it doesn’t because it sounds so much deeper. It’s hard to explain, I don’t know it’s like a thought that comes into my head in a different voice and there is nothing else for me to think about because it’s my higher self trying to send me a message. Number three, we are all connected. Every single one of us is connected on this planet and beyond. So, I think you could be reading someone else’s thought and then think it’s your own but it really isn’t. See, if someone’s vibration is strong enough then it is contagious which makes their energy and thoughts very easy to read, especially if you know your vibration super well then you can read anyone’s thoughts. Think about it, if you go to a restaurant and eight people are behind you also trying to get a table then technically you all had the same thought to eat at this specific restaurant at this certain time.
What is one thing you wish the entire world knew?
That is a really tough question I could answer in many many different ways. But I think I’ll go with this: I wish that every single person in this world knew how much strength and power they contained. If we all knew our strength and power we wouldn’t be following ridiculously nonsensical orders in a so called “free” country. If we all knew our power we would stand up and fight for freedom and realize that it just takes a strong and united front to diminish all darkness. We are constantly being controlled and told how small and weak we are because the “controllers” know we are so powerful. Each one of us can make a difference in one way or another, all it takes is realizing our strength, opening our eyes to truly see and harnessing the frequency of love.
Why is it so important to be in touch with your feelings and to face them?
When you are in touch with your feelings then you are in touch with who you are at your core. You know who you really are and that is one of the best things in the world. If you let your feelings just sit there and if you continue to push them down and distract yourself then one day the Universe will just bang you over the head with them. Not as in a “punishment” because the Universe always speaks love and is trying to help you, but as in “you need to get this message”. Feelings never go away until you face them and you have to face them to grow. Obviously, if we have good feelings it is very easy for us to face them, but I think when we do have good feelings we need to understand why we do and how to maintain those good feelings; rather than just enjoy the temporary emotions. Our emotions connect us to the highest versions of ourselves and it is our emotions that separate us from the dark beings out there. It is so important to feel things and then to express how you feel or else it will continue to eat at you. You will always feel better when you dive into your feelings and understand the message the Universe is sending you.
How do you read energy?
I like to think of reading energy as our special superpower because it really is. We can all do it and once you do you’ll be able to know who you’re meant to connect with, who you’re not meant to connect with, the real truth behind a person, the real truth behind the world and the language of the Universe. I think through reading energy the biggest gift of all is the stronger relationship you get with the Universe. Because then the Universe starts giving you more signs and you start to see it more in your life; it was always there but now you see it. But, how do you read energy…the first step is to be very in touch with your frequency. If you don’t know your own frequency then how can you expect to know someone else’s? That’s another added benefit of being able to read energy, you’ll get to know yourself so well. Once you know who you are anything is possible. Then your energy will be like your best friend, you’ll know everything about it. That’s when it gets fun because everything just flows naturally. You can’t force it, there will be something inside of you that just knows the energy and the vibe off something or someone. Then it is up to you to trust it; my advice, trust yourself the first time you get a read off someone’s energy. Your intuition, higher self and heart are always right so trust them. Don’t waste time pushing down your feelings of someone’s or something’s energy.

It is the beginning of a new week! Each week, each day, each moment is what we make it; our intentions, our thoughts and our attitude create the reality we live in. I encourage you to take a few moments and think about your dream reality for this week and then realize you can make your dream reality a real reality.
You have the power to live the life you desire, to be the person you desire to be and to achieve the dreams you wish to achieve. You just have to decide to do it.

Intention is useless without belief behind it. Belief is the spark behind everything, you cannot do much without belief. Give yourself the gifts of believing fully in your true self, believing in your dreams and not believing in your little voice. And always come back to believing in love. Love is all there really is in this world, the rest is an illusion. When you believe in love, you’ll believe in yourself for you are love.
The Universe is always supporting you and and bringing certain things in and out of your life. Nothing is a coincidence, everything has purpose and a reason. Don’t think in terms of “why is this happening to me” think instead “this is happening to me for a reason, what’s the message”. Your perception shapes your vision and your entire reality. So, when something seems tough and unfair look at it from a new perspective and understand the message the Universe is giving you.
You have all the tools within yourself to truly live with freedom. It’s up to you to use them.
The voices in her head were always with her and some days that was a comfort, other days it was overwhelming. But one thing both voices had in common was that they knew her inside and out. She thanked her little voice for helping her grow but she never gave it much attention. She dove into her true voice, her higher self and together they journeyed through the realities they created.
It was once she realized that there was no good nor bad voice; there was just a choice. One voice sounded like her own and one voice did not. So, she followed her heart and placed her belief in her true self, the Universe.
