Thoughts are hugging me today
I seem to not want it to go away
Don’t know if that’s good thing
Or if it’s just fear they bring
Either way it has me thinking
Where do they come from?
Are they all mine?
Why the sudden rush?
Should I just press flush?
Or do I let them keep coming?
I’m not running
I like to sit in it
And process bit by bit
A lot of these thoughts
Charge my body with creative juices
No more excuses
I just have to write it down
Some thoughts want me to drown
In a pool of worry
Telling me to hurry
On things in my future I can’t control
Like a sickening troll
Then I sit back and release the judgement
It doesn’t bring me contentment
This poem might just be my thoughts
On a page
Organizing themselves on this paper’s stage
Or maybe it’s my fingers’ creation
It’s probably just a simple notation

“Pound Pound,” went the beat of his heart. He took a deep breath, inhaling his gratitude and exhaling his fear.
Another moment passed, he took a deep breath, inhaling love and exhaling worry.
This moment was different, he had no more fear to exhale, so he inhaled peace and exhaled love for the world to receive.
And the same thing happened again, his fear had evaporated. He inhaled excitement and exhaled blessings for each being in the Universe to feel.
But in this moment, the fear came back because it realized it was losing his power over him, so he inhaled light and exhaled the fear again.
This moment, he was free, so he inhaled joy with a smile and exhaled freedom to help the world’s heart beat louder.
In this moment, he took a step back and inhaled the past moments he had just experienced. Those moments were just a few seconds of his day, if he could be this aware of his breath, feelings, thoughts and energy in every single second of the day, then he would live a life of true freedom. So, he exhaled to the future, excited and ready for all the inhales and exhales to come.

My hesitation

Of spirit, soul, and love

AceI’ve been writing so many poems lately, this one came to me one night before I fell asleep. Micro poems are new to me, I like the long ones normally, but today this felt right. Expect more poems! Hello friends!!! Today’s post is all about joy and smiling! I know a lot of people are struggling with some type of pain right now, whether physical, emotional or mental, I get it. But pain is ultimately just an illusion, labels give it power, but YOU are so strong, I know it!! So, today I’m going to share some past pieces of mine to help you rise, smile and say goodbye to pain.
To Start – Some Videos From My Debut Album, IMAGINE + REALITY
This is video is called Movie Making, it’s all about making your life the best movie by remembering that you’re the director, the Universe is your co-producer and at any time you can rewrite your script. I love the music, it’s very joyful and upbeat! I feel like this video is very relatable and a good reminder to take your life back into your own hands. This video is called Amaze and it is the last video on my album. It kind of flows perfectly from Movie Making because it is all about happy endings! Happy endings, not just in the end of life, but in every single situation! Pain might be with you right now, but envision your happy ending, it will come to be in your reality because thoughts become reality. Imagine what you want to see in your reality, imagination is reality, hence the purpose of my album. I sit and stare
Breathing in the crisp air
A moment with silence
Assures me all is well
My worries fly away
Doesn’t matter if it’s night or day

With silence I find
The knowing in me
The knowing that it truly is ok

Or the journey isn’t a straight line
I know it is all good
That’s not just a mood
It’s a way of living

Helps you wave farewell
To those demons inside that sometimes dwell
You can then realize
Worrying is silly
Overthinking is most often a curse
Perfectionism isn’t perfect
But you are free
You make your own choices
And listen to your own voices

The cool wind ran by her aura, the sun shined on her being. She painted her reality like she was an artist, her palette clean and colorful, her brushes organized and in all different sizes and her canvas always changing and beautiful. Her canvas always formed into something new, some days it was bright and sunny, other days it was dark and starry. But no matter what her painting looked like she was always in control, she chose whether her picture looked like her dreams or her nightmares. What she loved most about her canvas was that she could always add to it and that it was always her’s, if she felt something was missing, it was just a color and a brushstroke away. She always hoped her painting inspired someone out there to pick up the brushes to their life and to create their masterpiece, because she knew in the core of her being that her masterpiece was up to her to create.

Love is an eternal flame, burning throughout time and through every version of yourself. The fire is always on, never burning out. We are all love and the only thing that can convince us otherwise is fear. Don’t let it come near because love is only the real thing in this world. The spark of the fire of love is your heart, follow your heart and let it ignite your soul. Your vibration allows the fire to burn forever, keep your vibes up and your fire will always be alive.
Even if your fire dies, you can always choose to light it again. Everything in life is a choice, it is your choice. Choose to light up your world and to keep it alive. There is a fire burning inside all of us, a fire to fulfill our mission in this Universe, a fire to be truly free and a fire to feel love and to spread it. Let the fire burn, keep igniting it with your belief and your soul and vibrate high.
